Made with the footage from my last trip.
Malaysia is my second home with some of my best friends living there. When I visited last year, I noticed how the country has developed drastically over the years but while the buildings became taller and the roads became wider, nature had taken a back seat. Religion, culture, and tourism were commercialized.
Countries such as Sri Lanka and Malaysia need to find the right balance in this journey without losing the relationship we have with nature and Our own roots.

හිතට කිට්ටුම යාළුවෝ කීප දෙනෙක්ම ජීවත් වෙන මැලේසියාව මට මගේ මව් බිම තරමටම සමීපයි. ගිය අවුරුද්දේ එහේ ගිය වෙලාවේ, පහුගිය කාලයේදී රට සීඝ්‍රයෙන් දියුණු වෙලා තියෙන බව පැහැදිලිව පේන්න තිබුනා. ඒත් මහ පොළොව වසාගෙන මහා මාර්ග පුලුල් වෙද්දී, තට්ටු ගොඩනැගිලි අහස අල්ලන්න උස යද්දී, ස්වාභාවික පරිසරය මිනිසුන්ගේ ඇස් වලින් වගේම සිත් වලිනුත් සැඟවිලා. ආගම, සංස්කෘතිය, සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය, හැම දේම වාණිජකරනය වෙලා.
ලංකාව, මැලේසියාව වගේ රටවල් දියුනුව කරා යන මේ ගමනේදී ස්වභාව ධර්මය සමග අපේ මුල් බැසගත් සබඳතා බිද නොගෙන, නිවැරදි සමබරතාව සොයා ගැනීම ඉතා වැදගත්.
