Someone will get a great deal with this home. Nice to see that there are still affordable areas in the state not too far from the cities.
With all the trash that they are importing into the cities, it's better to be as far away as possible.
Really cute and super clean home! Love that they kept some of the vintage charm!
Nice!, Simular layout to a 1979 Fleetwood I had, It was a little bigger with 2 Baths and a big walk in Closet in the master BR, Just have to be carefull buying these old mobile homes in parks like this!, If they shut down or evict you the homes too old to be moved and will have to be torn down!
Love the floor and the light paint colors. This has lots of potential.
Cute and affordable little place with a cool vintage vibe.
This is a very nice sized home. Not too big or small. I agree that the exterior and interior colors are great. My two cats would have natural camouflage in this place. 😄 Great price and reasonable lot rent too! A quiet, rural setting has great appeal as well. Thanks for the tour!
Really nice. Space rent is a little scary. 😮
Very nice for the price. Heat & cooling might be pricy for this older home unless insulation has been updated.
I live in Mississippi and there is nothing like this available anywhere. This is nice and very affordable.
I live in Florida and we don't have too many affordable places either. If a mobile home was this price, the lot rent would be $800-$1000*. I've no idea what people are going to do.
Wow can you say old school LOL. This is a copy of mine and my hubby’s first home as young adults starting out in the 80’s ,accept ours was a full single. That rd behind is plus to living in the middle of no ware.
I never liked trailer houses until seeing the movie Kill Bill. The scene where Cameron Diaz and Michael Madson are fighting in the desert outside of his trailer. I guess this would be similiar, but with neighbors in-sight and no Hollywood drama. Looks like a nice community.
Very nice, Casa Grande has so much shopping and restaurants plus a hospital.
If I had $25,000, I'd be moving to Arizona 😊
That is a great Buy, plus those lots are Huge
What can you get for $25,000? Although all the equipment is vintage/used, the place has been refurbished. It's sited on a sea of stone with nothing to walk to, but the area looks clean. As another poster has pointed out, unless the insulation has been upgraded this will be expensive to cool and heat. We don't know what the park fees are. Still, it's hard to find anything decent anywhere for $25,000.
Ahh that's nice! I totally agree with the comments!
Would be worth it if it was on owned land. I can’t fix mine up coz they haven’t stopped upping the lot rent,,,it’s so sad.
That is happening everywhere... my lot rent doubled in 8 years (it's cheaper than some other parks within 30 minutes of me), not to mention losing amenities that were here when I moved in; damned if you do, damned if you don't
I could live here! Nice!
Cozy place.❤
Cute!
Reminds meh of a home I lived in the 80's. Great deal, this won't last long!!!
All well and good until Wall st. buys the trailer park and jacks the rent up to unaffordable and then takes your trailer.
Hi Kara, I emailed you this morning on another mobile home you featured the other day. Hope to hear back soon!😁
Thank you, Colleen! Would you mind sending me another email: azActiveResorts@gmail.com. I do not see an email from you. Or you can call/text: 480-369-4420.
Ok, Ill text you instead!
Thank you😁
Gee not a bit of green in the yards. Nope that kitchens too dark. I know its dry and hot in arizona but who wants a gravel yard? I know theres cactus and other things for southwestern landscapes
I like ,really cute 💚💚💚
Sorry the diesel engine trucks going past will be loud.
Bring it to Arkansas ... I want it.
But what about rising lot prices
Not a bad deal too bad I'm on the other side of the country
How about AC & fan's
What’s the lot rent? How often is the rent raised?
$435/mo lot rent
Any that aren't sold ? I'm interested !
Hello … that’s a great home! Do you sell undeveloped land? Please advise. Thanks kindly.
Are these homes insulated? What is the average summer electric bill?
Is that highway extra
Is this a 55+ park
Do you happen to know the lot rent?
I'm 52 .. Gotta wait a few more years .. Lol😅
to bad there isnt a rent to own option!!?!*ckm😊
Do you need a car to live in Arizona city?
You may want 1. But u could also do uber or car share with someone.
@@tinamcclure7984 Thank You Tina.
Yes!
@@jaybee608 Thank You Jay.
Arizona City's crime rate is 46% higher, property crime is 44% higher, and violent crime is 58% higher than the national average, according to the latest figures available from 2021. (Source: Areavibes) Demographic's, from the last census, shows 52.5% white, 43.5% hispanic, 1.4% black. It's cheap for a reason. Buyer beware.
The place looks so depressing with a road behind it. I was surprised that the inside was set up nice and looks roomy. Keep hearing traffic sounds.

So expensive
Nice place but way too old for the price they want.
Look at the $$ for newer homes... to replace the NEW manufactured home I bought new 9 years ago is now doubled in price & my home is only a 14x56. My new steps cost more than the deck I built 8 years ago.
@@ecm8948 I get it. A few richer people moved in and if they are downsizing to a trailer what does that say ?
no way 25 thousand
Awful good Cereal Flakes, Mrs. Donough.
