It is wild to listen to Dakota talking while flying so confident and knowledgeable. Its like she is a different person compared to how relaxed is she is just chilling on the boats.

As Bob Black said, a different side of Dakota. She came out of her sailing shell & came alive on the aircraft. Very confident & her training showed. Piloting is one thing, but narrating a video while flying is another. Well done Dakota.

When she says 1200 hours, she means it, her type of flying is hands on , and as a CF I constant. Often pilots accumulate massive amounts of hours ,a lot being on auto, not dealing constantly with a changing environment as she has. She must stay engaged and pay attention her whole day. Godspeed to her and every other CFI, you earned the hours, nothing free❤!

Wow Dakota is so impressive. It was incredible how she handled herself.
I've watched Sailing Doodles for years. Many years ago my dad had a Luscomb tail dragger, a Cessna 150, and a 172 he was rebuilding. He had his A and P ticket and could also rebuild all of the electronics on the aircraft and send them to the FAA for certification. He was doing a conversion on the engine to a Lycoming with some STOL mods on the airframe. He passed away in 2000 before he completed the conversion. We had a friend who rebuilt a Meyers OTW and I flew it over the ocean off Redondo Beach CA with a WWI leather helmet on. I've not flown for many years. Dakota, thanks for the ride. You brought back many memories. I look forward to seeing the two of you back on the water or glamping around.

Good job, Dakota. Talking through the theory why you're doing things is very interesting. Things might not always work out as you intend, a gust of wind or equipment issue, or you're a little rusty, but we all can relate to that.

I enjoyed flying with my friend out of Arlington when he was working on his private pilots license. He took the instructor route before going on to become a commercial pilot.

As a former aircraft mechanic in the AF, I would have liked to learn to fly also. Life gets in the way. I did get my A&P license, but never used it, as I was employed by the RR. I applaud that she got to do what I never had time or the money . I would have had a great start because I understood so much of flight characteristics.
Go Dakota very professional video Bobby said you could do it and you did, just hope Flying Doodles does not take you away from Glamping and Sailing Doodles. both kneed a Woman's touch your touch that is, you wouldn't be replacing Stephanie no one can, your both different people, but we already love you your attractive with your own character and humor, plus you have a naughty side we love. From my perspective it's cool and almost mesmerizing to watch a smart, talented, skilled, pretty woman fly a plane. Like watching a great tennis player or track star - it's a beautiful thing. Dakota did a great job!

I had a 182 for many years and loved it. It wasn’t very fast. I’m not sure I would spend the extra money for a turbo version but rather I would try to find a bit faster plane such as Mooney since I don’t really need the carrying capacity of a 182.
Great job Dakota! You are very comfortable in the air-and sound like you love instructing! I hope you will reconsider your feelings about flying for the airlines-as a retired Southwest Airlines Captain I can ASSURE you that you are EXACTLY the pilot we would love to hire! The B-737 flies like a BIG Cessna you’d be comfortable in it in no time!
