I have been looking forward to this game since I played the early previews many moons ago we are going to be smashing out a full let's play on this fella I am not sure what is going to be in store for us but I'm sure we will manage to survive!
No recording schedule for release as this is a 2nd channel series however If I have spare time I will be recording and playing this game so will aim for daily but do not count on it life finds a way to mess stuff up XD

Yeah every squad has a line for that kind of situation (pretty sure). You hear it most often from Weapon Teams or Snipers.
@@jaywerner8415besides the mild emotional trauma of hearing shaken voices, it's good design. The player can know that he's selected a heavily damaged unit just by ear, no UI needed.

Thank you for this video and great series, I fixed my PC and got the game I'm in the base defense mission and learned something by accident you can rearrange the units in a building the same way you can have a tank change its facing by holding and directing them to what edges you want, I'm playing hard difficulty but want to depend on movement unit more.
Yea threat. You were spot on your deductions. This Mission was supposed to be a go there fight do X objective RUN AWAY. It was anathema to your ill hold this line and then push strategy. Your Strat is good for attacking and defending but horrible for this specific mission. Very Good work tho. This mission is absolutely hellish. I had to reload it like a thousand times and hindsight is key i guess.
Big Bob riding into the sunset with one solitary 120mm shell left. I applaud your perseverance, that was a glorious fighting retreat. I had a bit easier time just because after that first "intercept convoys" mission, I mine every road in sight. You can imagine my disappointment when that one Integrator strike force refused to use a straight road to its target...
It's nice to see someone play this game so well.
It was a great work! The worst part for me that you could not loot any weapons for your infantries after this, you earned it.

This map gave me aneurysm.. Good god the amount of save scumming. I ran short on supplies, had to start the map with maybe 10% total ammunition all across the units and 5k supplies to arm the initial squads. I suppose it was worth it since now I have fully kitted out army.. but oh the pain suffered to reach that point.

1mobile supplies not being used, load em up at satic supply site, send it to the combat units. 2shoulder fired rocketmen i doubt enjoy getting shot at while reloading. 3 MlRLS truck keep it supplied and it can wreck the whole map for you with this much time. 4 please stop sendin bob and others against tanks with the atgm x'd off so they won't fired it unless there is a plan to capture the thing or something. Use the vic seats more often and taxi your troops around 6 move cover to cover your soldiers, vics carry their own cover in the form of armor.

By this point in the game I had several heavy fixed guns with roll cage armor that I dropped one off at each entry point on the map. I supported them with a couple of vehicles, 1 bradley, 1 Stryker and 1 Abrams/atgm squad. I kept several strikers/humvees with plasma at the base and when the HK came in it got shredded. Entry Points 2 in NW corner can be covered by 1 platform + support, 1 North, 1 East, 1 SE, and 2 in the southern part. So you'll need to divide your forces into 5 groups to hold the entry points, only put troops into medium houses.
The founders seem corrupted Kill a founder for potential deserter LOL It war against the machines and you worried about that. NO WONDER we lost till Genisys happened.

I've found with the SAMs, it works betting if you DON"T tell the guy to attack because he will move every time to reposition. If he spots it, he will fire. It's your only chance.
For the record, the Abrams will only fire its AP shells at enemy tanks. Everything else it will fire HEAT rounds at. (kinda funny really since HEAT is not the same as HE rounds, or Canister shot)
Edit: yeah they need to work on the Unit AI in buildings. Sometimes the troops just don't know where to stand. Best to leave ATGM teams or Weapon teams outside i guess.
