I just experienced sexual harassment at my internship by an employee. Though this has happen to me before, I just would remove myself from the situation and quit. But tab is right about being silence. This time around I stuck up for myself and said something because my feelings matter. It is not okay to mistreat someone else just because you are hurting inside.

Whew chile when I tell you Tab is on point. The first thing I did when I knew I was leaving my last job, I cleaned that whole cube out! No pics, no plants. My manager asked me where I was going the next day. I resigned later that year. My goal when I got the job was 2yrs and I'm out. I stuck to it, left at the start of 2020. Started my business March 2020. Been doing well ever since. Prepare yourself, start working on whatever licenses, certifications and funding you may need, set a date, take the leap!

My first time knowing about this beautiful woman. She is a therapist and don't even know it. The words of wisdom she laid down pierce my heart. I don't know or understand why, but just listening to her was so soothing to me. Her voice is so warm and caring. One of Terrell's best guest.

This was absolutely everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I worked at a job where I was drained of my goodness for years. When the pandemic happen I said this is the time to take my stuff down because I don't want this type of energy in my life anymore and sure enough. God took his time but I don't work there in that office anymore. I started a new job making more money and actually using my gift. God bless you all. This was a word!
