I told my husband last night “I really really like this guy Pace Morby. He’s so cool… went on and on about you!”
I have been taking action. Have a spread sheet of preforclosures in my area, I know how to look up the deed to see status, I figure the home value and find their contact info. Then I make calls. I realize I just need to Talk To People and it will get easier.

Why are we afraid? We haven't spent the time learning or surrounding ourselves with like-minded people. Thanks to Bigger Pockets, Pace, and Kris Haskins for not only getting me past previous loss from a downturn in RE, but sharing so much info to show how others are starting or accelerating their success! Man... I was hoping you would come out with your own channel. As grateful as I am, that first 2 minutes hit me. I realize i haven't bought a book, haven't done any other research, or any due diligence other than scan CZcams. We shouldn't even have access to this content nor yourself, without buying the book. People asking for how-to's like you teaching how to boil an egg.
CZcams is amazing but it can spoil us. I'm in IT and to think, not to long ago, I would have to pay thousands of dollars to go to school, graduate, and still know nothing lol. Would then go library, or barnes and noble, buy study guides and take practice exams and study 3-6 months, pay for the exam (hopefully pass first try), then find an entry level job (that required 5 yrs experience) and hopefully expose me to where I really want to be.
I need to start treating this like an education, like can an investment, like a career, because this is exactly what it is.
Are we just not going to talk about those edits!? 🔥 lol but Thanks pace I really appreciate you and the sub2 community.
