Thank you so much posting this. I am a non kashmiri daughter in law of a kashmiri house-hold. While my mother in law dictated the recipe on the phone to me, I am still nervous about making them. I am going to be making Roth for the first time in my life this year. This video is a huge help.

Thanks dear. I know it is beeb garab maaj hund festival . Actually linked to spinning of cotton and welcoming godesses vibha and garbha. Since the date falls exactly on Ganesh chaturthi.All offerings first to sh Ganesh and then to other God's this is hindu Manyata.

Yes that is called hokh roth,pre heat oven at 180 degree C for 10 mintes
Put the roth 180c for 15 minutes go on checking as every OTG has different settings
