You should have incorporated in the state of Nevada because it's easier but set up your headquarters in NYC. Im planning to do that myself for something I am working on. The costs are so much more for NYC, it's ridiculous. The state knows most businesses will fail so they tax the fuck out if/ charge fees the fuck out if- everything you do before you can even get started. In other words, they take your fucking money ASAP cuz they know u will probably fail. Rinse and repeat for the next guy

Hi Tom, I wouldn’t be the slightest interested in these new types of videos. Way too much content on YT that involve highly successful people if I wanted to watch that content. Your channel was unique and gave an insight into sneaker culture. Setting up a business mat be. Fresh idea for you but dropping what make you popular is a Wrong move. Talk business on your other channel, not here. Just keeping it real.
I think you’re missing the point, this isn’t content about highly successful people, it’s going to be vlogs just like usual, but centered around me starting a business from scratch and going through all the struggles of that
