- PART ONE. Here is the edit of the four days we spent camping, exploring and driving on the Georgia Traverse over Thanksgiving week (2021). We began our trip at Burrells Ford Road in SC and exited the trail 4 days later in Cherry Log, GA. On this trip we completed just under 200 miles of the route. We even celebrated Thanksgiving with our crew while on the trail.

Thanks Jeremy
Very good video!
Thank you!
Video divertido y excelente calidad, saludos desde Baja México
Thank you!
Well done Ryan! Beautiful fall colors! Under truck cam looks great! Enjoyed the vid!
I appreciate it, Mark! I always say this but I wish you could make it on one of these adventures. It could be just like the old days minus handrails and kickflips.
Another rad video!
You have inspired me to get back on the trails and film again.
Awesome to hear, thanks!
Well done video! Very enjoyable. Good edit.
Thank you
Nice video. A thanksgiving to remember I'm sure.
Wow, great job on the video. This trip looks like a blast. I'm planning on doing this in the Spring, and you guys definitely inspired me. Love the music...especially Pop Goes the World there at the end.
You will definitely have a good time on the trail this spring! Thanks so much for the comment.
Another awesome video! You set the bar & inspire me to make better videos. I really enjoyed your drone footage and overall trip. I haven't been to North GA since 2018 & forgot how beautiful it is. This makes me wish I had moved to Athens!
Awesome video and an awesome trip, I'm sure. Are you still planning on doing the Standing Indian Loop? You may have already, but, if so, I'll eagerly await that video as well.
Thanks Kenneth. Sadly the Indian Loop hike was postponed due to the weather the weekend we had planned. Hopefully we can make that hike happen sooner than later.
Hey ya'll, Randy and Ms Bea here in Rockledge Georgia, just below Dublin. Loved your vid my friend. We have never done that road trip. Would love to though. How can we find the route/map? Awesome vid by the way. Great job!
Thank you! You can find all the needed information about the trail, including a downloadable map of the route at georgiaoverland.com
@@subproject43 Awesome! Thank you so much.
Did you camp at Ford burrells campground the first night? Was there a 1/2 mile walk just to get to the campground?
Hey Jared. We did not camp at Burrells Ford campground so I am not sure. We spent our first night at a site right off of the trail in GA.
Great video thanks for sharing I think I’ve gave Y’all about 12 views!!
Thanks for the comment!
Hey I just got a 4Runner and was wondering what suspension You have?

Great video, but the man bun music is too much
Thanks for the comment. If I could make Descendents, Pennywise, Slayer or Black Sabbath work with the edit, I would. Serious question, what other songs do you think would work better? I am open to any suggestions you may have and do appreciate the feedback.
@@subproject43 I'm not the original poster of the comment, but I agree about the music. Just doesn't synch up with the subject material. Personally, I really like something a little more twangy with a country edge. No vocals preferred, but someone like Mississippi John Hurt is the direct I would go in.
@@davidpetro7309 Hey David. Thanks for taking the time to comment, I appreciate the feedback.
good movie - thanks for sharing.
