- While we’d like to think the end of the world is thousands of years away, it never hurts to be prepared, right? In this week’s episode, actress Amandla Stenberg joins us for a conversation that goes from hilarious to deep real fast. She shares what she thinks will be our ultimate demise, what she wants to accomplish before we’re all out of here, and any lingering regrets she might be holding on to. We even force her to choose the five people she’d want by her side when the world ends. Also, Sharon surprises us all and goes down the rabbit hole of the conspiracy theory she believes might actually be real. We did not see this one coming!!

Ah nice the podcast with the blantant racism.
Saved for future use.
OH MY GOD! how racist is that...
Did u sue it?
go girl! my favorite propagator of racism!
If I was Preparing for the End of the World, I would steer clear of people like Amandla Stenberg and Keke Palmer.
“I don’t care what kind of voodoo hoodoo boodoo loodoo you think you gone do to me, As I stand before thee, Get behind me” 😂😂
I can’t be the only one that wants a full episode with Ms.Sharon
the all tea no shade episodes are the ones with just keke and her mom
@@tasiagrahamxo yes you get it !
Amandlaaaaa!! All I can say is I love her. Amazing. Love this episode and love you Keke. Keep doing your thing and I pray you always feel loved, seen, joy, and protected. ❤️
This is literally an actors on actors and I love it
More like pretend actors
Not Keke trying to act like aliens who she ain’t ever seen is more rational than a man we know existed lol
I find it interesting that folks were upset that she was cast in The Hate U Give for not being "black enough" when before that she received all kinds of hate, was being called all kinds of monkey's and N words for being cast as Rue in the Hunger Games...its like CAN THE GIRL WIN? CAN SHE GET A BREAK?!
I love her!!! 🎉❤
I always wanna say this but don’t want to be attacked for it 😅
Well isn’t that one of the occupational hazards of being biracial?? Not to be callous
Rcists YT ppl were surely giving her hell for the Rue role because they’re ignorant and clearly had reading difficulties as the book stated that Rue was a brown skin child. I believe the author wrote it twice. But that was due to outright hate and racism of the fan base.
But for THUG movie, Blk folks were mad (and rightly so) because AGAIN-the text and book cover explicitly show a dark skin teenage girl. The casting directors could have sought out an actress fitting the description but we all know Hollyweird has its own agenda.
She did not deserve any of that. She was just a kid living out her dream.
So, while I get that you are sympathizing. The two comparisons you just made are apples and oranges. Hollywood intentionally casts biracial women into black roles because they do not believe that black women are worthy of certain portrayals. The hate you give is a book that has a clear character description of a dark skin girl. The choice to not cast a dark skin woman was intentional. How many movies came out within the last year in theaters that had a dark skin female lead? You can count them on one hand. There is nothing wrong with calling a spade a spade. Representation is important and there is nothing wrong with acknowledging colorism when it’s due. The backlash over the hunger games was racism and bad reading because the book also described her character as black.

I love that we are having more morbid conversations mixed with astrology lol. Amandla is spot on about how the world will end. Their conversation was so good. Studio Ghibli movies are the BEST, definitely start there on your anime journey Keke. "N**** I'm light skin" 😂
I’m surprised she hasn’t seen Spirited Away, maybe she just doesn’t remember the name. It’s definitely a classic.
This is was a GOOD episode!! The conversations LOVE LOVE. I love this for you KeKe and US the viewers. We definitely need a full episode of Sharon maybe one episode she joins in on the conversation you have with your guest. This is always a good time! Keep Going Mama 💜✨
This was an amazing episode!
Yes to your over lined lip liner! Suits you so much. ❤❤😇
The worst a person can do has warped our perception of people. It's safer to make assumptions about someone based on the horrible actions of others, rather than trying to understand who they are.
Keke, let's make an agreement. I'll let my guard down and give you the benefit of the doubt, if you're willing to do the same for someone you don't know.
When when they talked about the illuminati I hate when A celebrity loses a family member or somebody close to them and they say that it was a sacrifice like that is so horrible to say when someone is grieving
I cheered and clapped when wittle Rue bought it in the "Hunger Games".
47:48 White supermacy in hollywood? in music? in media? so we are gonna forget about Morgan Freeman, Sidney Poitier, Jay-Z, Beyoncé,Rihanna about Oprah Winfrey
48:00 But Amandla Father is white so she is also biracial so how she can have black experience
Keke said "are we gonna be able to reach the year 3000 like the Jonas Brothers said" but literally, thinking about how it's 2024, and how I can't even FATHOM a 2090... let alone a 2100. 800 something years after 2090? hell nah.
friends that’s living aka Conversations w Friends is AMAZING. By Ms Sally Rooney who did Normal People. Threw me into a depression. It aged me. Matured me. Connected neurons. I had never been so moved by a show or book more. Ily Keke and amandla❤❤❤

I love all of your episodes, Keke, but this one had my spidey senses firing off! I love all things conspiracy theories and end of the world scenarios. I could talk to Amandala for hours about this!!

This was a great conversation!! I absolutely love Amandla!!
racism?🤔
Yes!!!
Ja!!!
Oui!!!
Tak!!!
There's definitely a diversity of phenotypes in Africa, but the movie held a lot more significance for African Americans who wanted to seek that connection. Amandla's casting would've been disappointing for them. But with The Hate U Give, the author actually said the character was inspired by Amandla when she wrote it. So the role was rightfully hers.
Aayee Love the shout out @keke 🔥
Loved every moment of it 🫶🏽
Teamsters are truck drivers, duh. Before motor vehicles they used to drive teams of horses and mules on horse drawn wagons. That is how they got the word "teamsters".
Smooth brain interview
I have no idea what or who they were talking about with the conspiracy theories. It made no sense to me.
keke lmaooo it's called conversations with friends
This was a very real conversation. Amandla is very smart and thoughtful. 😇
LOVE these two women. 💜 my dream would be these two as President and Vice President.
I’m loving this conversation with Amandla. Will have to check out that Audible book she referenced.
Wait, wait. Are you segregating afro-americans based on shades of their skin color and blaming everything on Whites? You're doing a flip in truly masterful style, you can go to the Olympics XD
51:45 lmaooo fr
Keke, you are so damn funny
Is that Leo in the background 😍
Awesome interview and amandla was very gracious to not correct keke on her name pronunciation

Yellow skin + purple wig, what's dna is that ?
Amandla has a warm friendly personailty
The Illuminati is real!!! The Kardashians!!! The Illuminati is real!!! I’m surprise Keke is talking about it.
I believe they were lowkey referring to Katt Williams interview video.
I don’t think she’s saying it’s not real she just saying to accuse everybody who has made of it is crazy
Why would you want to prepare for the end of the world?. If the world is ending then you are ending.
why is this on kekes personal youtube. im not tryna subscribe to this channel
This is funny that was my thought too but I’ll subscribe to get any dose of keke
amandla, imma marry you
Racist...!!!
I worked in insurance for years. Perfectly normal people fake their deaths ALL THE TIME for that insurance money. Yup.
Amandla is so cute
Read the Koran if you want to know exactly how this world will end
