Yes! The cb750 is the best! I can die satisfied. I had to see the tail and the seat lines on the cb750. I have a feeling that "RACERTV" will be honored to feature it. Finish that puppy !

That looks great! The extra piece of plastic that goes over the the tank addresses a problem that a lot of cafe racers have in terms of the weird gap between the seat and the tank. Nice work!

You are 100% right and this is something that I really dislike about a build so I take the extra effort to make sure there is no gap. I’m always coming up with new ways of doing things

Hey Dan, been binge watching your channel and absolutely love it, I've been thinking about building a cafe racer inbetween all my car builds and this seat came out so good that it made me decide to do it. The overall look of the bike is elegant whilst still tough. Love it and also love the scrambler build. Thanks for the inspiration!

Dan looks great, here in the states we use a plastic type product called Kydex. You will find it used a lot in handgun holster applications, as it can be mold around the handgun to grip it. the great thing about Kydex is if you don't like your initial shape you throw back in the oven and it will go back to the original flat piece it started as and you can start over. We use it at my work to protect the rear skid cross tubes on helicopters from getting damaged by debris, as it is expensive to replace the cross tubes. Looking forward to the new videos!

how come you dont apply a single thin sheet of foam on top of the shaped pink foam ? That should leave you with a smooth surface, and finish it off better ( i would presume) ?

    • @CafeRacerGarage
