1 cup grated coconut (dry roast)
10 cardamoms(crushed and peeled then grind to a powder)
1/2 cup flaxseeds (grind)
12-13 SOFT mejool dates
1/4 cup raisins
Grind all coarsely until all mixed thru
Pinch off lemon sized balls roll into Ladoos or balls
Keep in an airtight container

Hey I make it too.. only change is I use roasted oats in place of coconut. Plus I add til seeds. Turns out really awesome..

I made these yesterday and found it yummy. Ideal for diabetics. It tastes better refrigerated. I added a bit more of dates and raisins. Very easy to make good recipe.

Thank you for sharing such a healthy recipe that can be used as a dessert or a pre/post workout meal! Turned out great, except that it was sticking when I tried to make the laddoos. The substitution I did was to use packaged shredded coconut.

Coconut, dates, and raisins are still sugars in form of fructose "fruit sugar"... healthier of course but they are still sugar. It's moderate in protein but high in carb

I try it with just the dates roasted coconut about 2tb of coconut flour a pinch of salt it was quite nice I don't hv a good processor as so I soak d dates for about 1/2 an hour in hot water then I mash dem with my wood bread roller then add d other ingredients n u r good to go
Amazingly yummy .... love the texture, love the taste and it serve my sweet craving.... and the Himalayan salt in it makes it more satisfying..... to my palate... happy happy happy.. thank you 🙏♥️🙏

This is definitely high in calories , less protein and not satiating and not good idea for weight loss , but good recipe though , but for weight loss people will overdo this beacuse it is not satiating so i would recommend ki people should try other alternatives for weight loss , but sach main good recipe 🙏🙏👍👍
