- I took a friends Lomography Spinner 360 35mm film camera for a "spin".
To quote the Lomo site: "Powered by a fully manually controlled rubber band drive, the Lomography Spinner 360° is so simple to use that you won’t believe how amazing the results are. We are more than proud to introduce this camera to the Lomography family. With the Lomography Spinner 360°, quality panoramic photography has entered a whole new and exciting creative era."
Sounds great doesn't it? The reality? Take a look at my thoughts in the video.
I have an Amazon wishlist if you'd like to help my channel by buying a roll of film for me :)

It’s a pity that you didn’t get such great results with this. I must admit that I got some wonderful results - a lot of great mountain shots.
I would always bring plenty of film with me on a trip as I think experimentation is key with this camera.
I’m surprised by some of the glare that you got. I would rarely use an ISO below 400 in typical UK weather and didn’t have the same trouble. Perhaps a fault with your particular camera but examine the pulleys and rubber ring to see that there are no obstructions etc.
If you decide to give it another go then good luck 🤞😊
The bright line may be flare as the lens pans across the sun. Try in cloudy weather.
The picture has a white line because the camera doesn't really have a shutter. More or less three aperture settings: more light, less light, no light(REWIND).
I've yet to see Lomography come up with a decent product. Thanks for the review.
Great video! :). Pity the camera is such a 'toy' and produces such poor results even though it looks fun to use. I think I'll just stick to making panoramic images on a proper film camera! Cheers!
oh he has got a giddy ant .. jeff..
Difficult to add to what has already been said. lol
why?! why would anybody come to the idea to use a B/W film in a lomo cam?
B/W can be really beautiful. But it is only if we talk about high quality photography with high quality cameras and films (portraits, landscapes...)
Dreadful camera, dreadful results.
