Yes, ship cabins are snug. A balcony is a must. (Splurge it's ur vacay). Great for early morning stretches and late night wind downs. Suggestion for first time cruisers. On your first night at dinner ask the Maitre'd for window table for 2. Once you are done and leaving the DR inform the Maitre'd you'd like to reserve the same table, same time, for the remainder of the cruise. In this way you have ur same waiter and his aide for the duration. Get to know ur waiter. He/she can act as tour guides as well. Also, in this way you only tip (extra) those 2 over and above on the last night. Oh btw, tip ($20/$30 envelope) the Maitre'd as you leave dinner on the last night. Remember, he kept ur seats with minimal wait time. Oh lastly, have a tip envelope for ur cabin stewart on the last day too. He made sure you were clean and comfy. Enjoy!
