I remember that my Dada Ji usually sing this mantra in sanskrit very beautifully in morning 6 AM 😊 and really this mantra has another level of power coz after listening this mantra my mind and soul become soo Calm 😌🌹

This is actually a mantra to be recited before going to bed at night. One mistake that I have observed in the first line is that after "Kara CharaNa Kritam" it should be vāk / vaak not vaa which means speech vaa means or.

How our emotions impact on our physical body is important. The power of the mind can have a powerful effect on the body both positively or negatively… it’s not heal your body… it’s to heal your body… heal your mind. Heartbreak can impact your health… especially if you allowed that love to penetrate your very soul… now to heal you will have to release that emotion of hurt… it’s hard to love what you no longer have to love… especially if you viewed that being as a necessity to your existence… no one or anything is a necessity to your existence… you are not your emotion, your thought … release them… very hard to do but can be done… start nurturing and loving yourself instead of needing to be nurtured and loved by others… stop trying to love others and start loving yourself… that love you give yourself in doing what feeds your soul will start the healing of soul, and eventually body… and the love you create and nurture in yourself for you will go outward and envelope you and your space and eventually others without you having to physically love… love will just return to you… it is not physical but an essence that surrounds you and ever thing you do… don’t try to love… let love come… that which you create in yourself for yourself..cannot be contained… it goes out and return to you… not in just one person… the essence envelopes everything. Sone will want to come and harness its power… you have to be wise and discerning not to allow that which doesn’t serve you and that love you created for yourself… the old you will diminish until it no longer is but until then recognize when you are falling into the old habit of loving others over yourself. True love gives it does not take… don’t give away your soul… be s receiver of love… you are deserving…when you receive the giver in you always gives back… if you are not receiving and only giving you are the lover the other the taker of your love energy which weakens you.. don’t go back to the self that no longer serves you… the self that thinks love is giving to others and abandoning self… expecting from a taker… takers only take… they master the art of taking and only give a little to make you think they are giving but they are giving to tske more than they gave… you need a giver like yourself… but also recognize who and what they are before you give especially in loving one person… do not give away your soul… you love the universe…. the essence of your creation… that starts the healing and helps you recognize true love… call it the romance of the universe… it heals you and helps you to recognize the strength of that essence in others.. get out and love that which surrounds you… recognize its essence as it intertwines in all creation… earth, water, fire, wind, trees, …with the living creatures… recognize the diminished essence as they function in the capacity in which they are created and for what they are created. The lion loves but it has to kill… you can love the lion but be aware of what it is capable of… humans the same…the lion is obvious… the humans not so much… we learn them over time and they vary according to situations, conditions etc. with love… we never thing this is a lion that can devour me… if you pursue the lion… you have to be stronger and wiser… if you choose to play with fire… if you are a lamb… well… one day the lion will eat you… it’s his nature. You were choosing to love him like a lioness but to him you are just food he is playing with… ❤❤❤❤
