- People believe that the ThoughtWorks Interview is amongst the toughest to crack in the industry. While we are selective, we design our interview process to be more "thought provoking" than "tough".
Watch this video to learn from ThoughtWorkers at Pune, what an interview at this company is really like.

Interview process is really good. TW given importance to how you solve the problems rather than just getting the solution and make it work. Interview process gives more opportunities to prove your coding skills. So they always very talented minds and open minded people. That talented minds created salenium, GoCD and many more open source projects.
Bringing Social & Economic Justice into discussion is an interesting point. Most of the discussions, people try to avoid this to avoid the differences. But, as an adult I think this topic gives an idea about a person towards life and surroundings, how open and broad minded the person is. So, It is very good step.
I think your interview process itself is a C# programme which takes as input the code assignment submitted by the candidate and does a line by line RegEx comparison with the "real' answer, and then you are welcomed or kicked out depending upon whether the match ratio is > X%. That's why I know some devoid of thought kind of people working with you while some champion minds having had the door slammed shut on their face.
All the best!!!

Nothing like this. just same interview process like other companies, unnecessary long process of so many irrelevant round asking questions like beef ban and political issues like on kejriwal vs modi :p
Vijay Santore that cannot be true !! is it ? lol
I am not sure what you mean? Do they ask questions about your political opinions and opinions about current affairs etc? Are they okay with you having different views than them?
@@lhxperimental No, they were not okay with different opinions. That's why I mentioned it was irrelevant. Hope they could have a debate which programming is best, Python or Java 😉
