I'M A WALKING TRAVESTY “Lot’s of unrequitedness going on here…” - Episode 1 [Sims 2 Series]

this is my first sims 2 series, after i've been fixating on watching other sims 2 series bc what else is there to do during quarantine? anyways, there is some continuity errors in this of course, like the sky changing mid episode and some other things you hopefully wont notice.
subtitles also get a short at times, so you'd better read fast lol (or just pause).
this episode is kinda boring tbh but i wanted it to kind of introduce the characters (the main ones at least).
Series plot summary:
This series focuses on our main character, Andy, who has developed a crush on a girl named Kelsey. While trying to pursue Kelsey, Andy is also simultaneously trying to "improve" himself in order to gain more confidence and become a "better" version of himself so that he is worthy enough to be with a girl like Kelsey.
This entire series is written as a criticism on toxic masculinity, and how it affects people in many different ways under a patriarchal society. Not only toxic masculinity, but also a criticism on pretending to be someone who you aren't in order to impress or fulfill a societal standard. The phrase "I'm A Walking Travesty" doesn't just apply to Andy, but also (and especially) Kelsey and many other characters that you see in the show.

this series makes me feel so nostalgic! reminds me a lot of things i enjoyed watching in the mid 2000s. i also really love the character designs, and i'm looking forward to getting up to date and seeing where everything goes!
