bro run everything organic and ONCE you drop then push out ads because you’re reaching people but when you reach them they have nothing to buy until a week or two later by that time they forgot about it.

if your conversion is low make sure you spend A LOT more time on tiktok posting content about your brand using your sample jus trust me and add more info about the garment on the buy page like (GSM, WASH TYPE ETC). i'm saying this because people have never seen your brand before and don't know what to expect so they might be hesitant when it comes to actually buying the garment. also you know have some influencers repping the clothes so don't invest in that for now (if you do, ask them to make a short video of them trying it on with a full fit and use that on titkok) and trust me gang do NOT use tiktok ads because people will not fuck with the brand just for the simple fact that they will see ''advertisement'' but fr the brand is fucking crazy and it has a lot of potential (goddamn i yapped to much)
bro running ads obviously isn't working for you how you want it & you're losing a lot of profits. look more into organic marketing, so you're getting people that are supporting you for you, they're gonna most likely be one time buyers...
And you gotta ask yourself what's the meaning behind your brand, you want people to provoke emotion through your clothing. I'm telling you those ADs aren't the way to go.

I would say your design is very good but maybe try spending less money on ads and do a budget and see what gets you the best results ads isn’t guaranteed to get sales I spent 10 on ads and got 250 sms sign ups and gained about 1K followers in a few weeks and your design is kinda similar tah a lot of people who have that type of design if this design isn’t working for you i recommend adding more color ways or more to the shirt but hard design over all trust the process your going to get somewhere gained a sub I love your videos man 🙏🏽❤

i think the idea of the ads is really good but the pictures look like u took em in your garage u should put more effort into the actual pictures yk, id put more time into making the pictures stand out definitely edit some of it to make it looks better

u do need better marketing but don’t conflate marketing with advertising. no hate but it is insane to be spending thousands on advertising as a startup. u know as well as i do that people skip and scroll past every ad possible. u are throwing money down the drain with these ads especially using floor pics in them, it looks kinda unprofessional. if ur gonna do ads, create a firm budget for it and don’t exceed it and have unique high quality visuals that pop out at the user instead of another “tshirt on the floor with a pair of expensive sneakers” pic for them to scroll past cause they’ve already seen a million.
fashion design is a creative game, not a numbers one. be creative think creative and u will draw attention organically. best of luck.
