Riley Pappas well throughout the movie we see other anthropomorphic bears roaming around suggesting that bears have evolved and adapted to human society in this world, not sure why bears but I'm not complaining
I was thinking that as I was watching it on Disney+ the other day, that kinda made me appreciate it more, really fires up the imagination that you typically have when you're younger.
Woke up with this song in my head today and was so bummed to find out it’s not available on streaming so I decided to watch the movie for the first time in years. Best decision I’ve made all week.
The Country Bears are amazing. Fred Bedderhead is my favorite Country Bear, he's voiced by Brad Garrett. Plus, Fred is sooooooooooooooo kindly. They sung my favorite songs. The Country Bears deserves a sequel someday.
And maybe add a few more cameo actors/musicians! Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, Shania Twain, Randy Travis, Darius Rucker, Luke Wilson and the list could go on and on!!! Let Christopher Walken’s character come up with another sinister scheme to take down the bears and Country Bear Hall. Let’s just say Barry’s in college, has a girlfriend and plays music gigs on the side to make money as a broke college kid. Breaking news comes forward that all the Bears’ instruments have been stolen and Barry has to come back home to help the band hunt down the thieves who stole all the band’s instruments. It makes national news and the hunt to find the thieves starts on a cross-country trip. They pass through Nashville, Austin, cut north, get on Route 66 and head west to California, follow them back to Tennessee all the while getting one instrument back through each city/state they stop in and finally catch up the with thieves who are finally brought to justice by the same black/white cop partner duo in the first movie and other LEO’s. The movie ends with the criminals being brought to justice and a congratulatory homecoming concert where it all began… Country Bear Hall The End…
This is one of the most underrated and memorable movies of my childhood. It’s what got me into my love for music and starting to play guitar/harmonica. So many great cameo’s by great artists/actors. Christopher Walken, John Hyatt, Queen Latifah, Elton John, Bonnie Raitt, Don Henley, and Willie Nelson. This movie needs a sequel… PRONTO. Long Live the Country Bears!!! Back when Disney made great “original” movies.

I came here looking for the cameo of Henley and Raitt themselves, when she says they're pretty good and he says "Even better than (The) Eagles." I wanted to see if he said the "the," since it's so debated whether it's right to call them "The Eagles."
Holy crap I just remembered this movie being my favourite childhood fever dream, but this scene came out and just slammed me with emotions. Oh my gosh that’s weird as hell.
Miss this movie during my childhood days i used to watch this a lot the story is nice you could learn a lot of life lessons and the songs it gives you that warm feeling inside.
I love the country bears. It was my childhood! These are the good movies we need more of today! I love the music, it's so free and relaxed, unlike today. The movie itself was amazing for its time! Brilliant plot! It's a shame the Country Bears never got a second movie, but when you think about it. It's probably for the best. Most sequels are terrible. Childhood memories!! 💙💚💙

That harmonica at the start never fails to bring me joy, I seriously love the harmonica since I was a kid. ❤ I'm already 30+ years old, and I still love this movie years later.
Besides Dolly parton country bears made my respect for country music go up when it came out. I used to air guitar that solo like no tomorrow when I was a kid.
When I was a baby I started watching it and now I still do i started singing this song as soon as I was able to talk my favorite song still a classic not to be beat
