I think the apples & banana one was so hard because the had a bunch of apples & bananas to choose from, whereas with the other challenges, they were only given the exact items they needed
That, and the fact that every banana and apple is uniquely shaped. Since they don't all grow with exactly the same size, proportions, bumps, or indentations, it's more of a luck situation.
