Having said the tunnel and ambiance is excellent however the 180sq yard houses are just too small and awkward. The ground floor is cramped basement is good but then it's not what an ideal house someone would like. I have seen similar big houses in US but then they are landscaped and spacious unlike these. In fact I am not sure from where the start measuring 180 SQ yards because I'd efficiency used it's not a bad size for a 2BHK.
Ambiance is good but most of the time a person spends time at his or her house unless you go home to sleep only and rest of the time in parks and on road.
Bottom line the primary purpose of the project, the house is too small and expensive too.
Project will be good for Vilas for sure. Haven't seen the layout of high rise housing.
~800sq ft carpet area in 1Cr is way too costly
dont even think of buying a house here. I bought a floor here in 2017 and was promised to get possession by dec 2018. but, here I am 3 years later and still without possession.

Thing which nobody tells is that for people who are from Gurgaon or delhi investing in sohna will have to pay ~100 INR/day at toll which is being constructed just before sohna. This includes properties like central Park, signature builder floors, godrej nature plus, pyramid spring Valley etc..
Why Gurgaon ppl have to pay it?!
But project of sohna road will not have to pay?
Still investing in Sohna makes sense, as properties in Gurgaon are a bit over priced.
