this song doesn't have samples. they spare no expense for production, real instruments (horns) done by grammy nominated producer Nick Lee who also worked on lil nas x's industry baby, real choir where jimin personally went to LA to record with all african-american choir.
Suga from BTS has a song called Set Me Free on his solo mixtape called D-2 from 2020. The 2 songs aren't related, but it's a way to differentiate the songs. To my knowledge no sample was used for this song. Never though you would see Jimin rapping? You should watch Suga and Jimin perform the song Tony Montana together, he raps in that song too. And if you aren't aware this was just the pre-release song, the title track called "Like Crazy" comes out Friday along with his album Face. He will also be on Jimmy Fallon later this week. They have in house choreographers who they work with a lot, but they also work with other choreographers outside South Korea too.

the girl who choreographed On Kinetic Manifesto did this one too. Her troop didn't dance, he went back to Korea and used a Korean crew. Unreal choreo........

Sienna Lalau is a choreographer that they use when they are on US tours. She also choreographed On, Dionysus, and Run BTS. They also have in-house choreographers as well. But yeah, she choreographed this one.
The dance practice for this song is out now, check it out i'm sure you'll love it. Even i myself was so stunned by Jimin , got goosebumps .Also the lyrics was so deep. Thanks!

They do use different choreographers that work with their Korean choreographers. This chorei was done by the young woman from los angeles who did on and rently, run bts. When they were on tour in the u.s they used her dancers from the lab as well.
So BTS's Producers PDOGG and Ghstloop - produced the song, and there were no samples used. They always credit anyone that they use a sample from. The brass is real, and the choir is real also.
So you have seen J-Hope do the song with J-Cole, but you haven't actually seen his solo work, even though he wrote the song and composed, it wasn't a full J-Hope solo, because he was letting his muse take the lead, and it was a goodbye to ARMY's. RM, and JIN, they have released their own solo projects recently, and SUGA, V, and Jungkook will also be releasing solo projects, before they have to serve their mandatory military service.
JIMIN's album drops on March 23 USA/24 Korea, Next song title MV is called Like Crazy. I can't believe you haven't reacted to the solo projects. They started their solo debuts in July of 2022, J-Hope, JIN, and RM, now JIMIN. I think we will be getting SUGA next after JIMIN, and he's doing a world tour, tickets are already sold out. His tour starts end of April. I'm going to link you some of their solo music videos for you to check out. All seven of them are just as talented as JIMIN, in their own ways.

part 1 of set me free is on suga's mixtape agust d d2, it has really nothing to do musically to this song. jimin rapped on 'tony montana' with suga. there are 7 very talented people in bts, jimin is just one of them. the sound that you are hearing is from the song ''on'', re-watch the mv. the bts corporation ''hybe'' has their own in house staff that does everything a entertainment company is required to do and have. hybe is not like american entertainment companies, hybe has their own security, dance teams, make up artist, producers, band musicians, etc. it is a machine. jimin has a beautiful voice.
