  • Kurt Angle is a 14-time professional wrestling world champion, with titles collected in WWE, TNA, and Japan. He is in both the WWE and TNA/Impact Hall of Fames, a two-time NCAA Division 1 National Champion, and has also won a gold medal in freestyle wrestling at the 1996 Summer Games with, as he likes to say, ‘a broken freaking neck.’ At every stop in his career, Angle has reached the top of the mountain, and now he’s taking his Three I’s; Intensity, Intelligence, and Integrity, to the podcast world as he joins host Paul Bromwell to take a look back at some of the matches, feuds and moments that turned an Olympic gold medalist into one of the greatest sports entertainers of all time. It’s True. It’s damn true

Mad respect towards Kurt, he played a "villain" to the letter in WWE while being a hero, he gave the fans good matches. As for TnA, damn I miss that early TnA, it had a nice mix between WWE and WCW feel with more of a WCW.

Yeah, the painkillers and alcohol addictions are the reasons why it took Kurt Angle so long to come back to the WWE. It actually started during the last time he was in WWE which is why he left the company in the first place.

Kurt went back to wwe and had a shit run. He feuded with Corbin for God sakes. His farewell tour at Impact was 10 times better than his return to wwe

True but he was hugely broken down by the time he returned to WWE. There was no way that Angle could go anymore by the time of his WWE return. He was slow, older and decades of serious injuries had wrecked his mobility and it showed.

Kurt in 2017 was never the same......he came back too late.
Him in 2011, 12, 13 & 14 was the last bit of juice he had left. 2015 & 2016 he was practically done.

@@jasoncutshaw8401. Personally I agree. This is mostly because I think Bret could elevate anyone. But Kurt is good, damn good. ;) I do not knock anyone who puts him up on such a high pedestal.
