How long did it take you to remember the routes for all the missions?
Kinda hard to tell because I got to learn all the new skips as they were found. So I'd be running the mission the normal way and somebody would find something, so I'd add that in, and then another thing, and so on. For me it was super gradual.

What the heck happened at 6:06?
Normally you cross a bridge to get to that guy and the game plays a cutscene to introduce you to the new enemy type, and while it's playing the cutscene it teleports you to that spot. But the trigger for the teleport is bigger than the trigger for the cutscene, so we just jump straight into it and ta-daaa. And then the dude is braindead and never attacks you.

Yeah, only works when you have a swing bar and a pole right next to each other. There's only two places in the game you can do that glitch

The first wallboost in BLW is actually a collision boost on the delivery box which is always way quicker than a regular wallboost. But for the others it's mostly to do with the angle and distance you jump at the wall from. The further you are from a wall when you jump to it, the more the game tries to assist you by pulling you towards it, which speeds you up to way past regular wallrun speed. After that it's timing your jump to try to jump off the wall during the fastest point of this assistance. So normally you'll see that I'm barely even touching the wall before I jump off it when I'm doing a wallboost.

Great skills, but unfortunately not as fun as speedrunning the first Mirror's Edge, where you could basically go out of bounds in almost every level.

The timer pauses during all loading screens. Your computer just needs to be good enough to hit 30fps, anything below 30 and the game starts to run in slow motion

For me it's not a full game SPeedrun.
Full game is for me when u start from beginning (even with NG+) and don't use "Mission loading" to jump to the missions.
For me it's Running through the game without that.
Quite late but you can't do that for NG+ in Mirrors Edge Catalyst, your only option to have the ability to 'walk to the beginning of missions' is by resetting your progress entirely.
