I did that with my daughter. It worked until she’d roll over in her sleep then I couldn’t finish the other side. She’d go to kindergarten every day with 1/2 her hair combed and braided while the other side was brushed down. I felt so ashamed but the next day the other 1/2 was combed in pigtails. She just didn’t like her hair being combed and would wake up when I tried to roll her over to do the other side. Thank God she’s old enough to do her own hair now!

Oh dear, i can feel the pain the Little man goes trough. I have 2 Boys (1,5 and 5) with a mix of curly and coily (type 4c) hair. It's a headache. The Little ones hates getting his hair washed or brushed, he hates hats or basecaps, it Maybe works (the brushing) when i distract him with tv but it's a headache. But it has to be done to Keep their Beautiful nice hair. Still struggeling with washing my Little ones hair. It hurts Hearing him cry but it has to be done, one day they will be fine with it. I used to be a hairdresser cutting Adults and Children’s hair... I don’t like little boys or men with ponytails or a man bun or long hair! But that’s my opinion... I feel that if Jersey doesn’t like having his hair touched etc then why don’t you take him to a Mans Barber and get his hair cut shorter with clippers it will look really nice and it will be easier for you too manage....💇🏽♂️

This was so satisfying to watch because mine ABSOLUTELY hates his head being touched. I mean he cry’s and pulls away like I’m hurting him but i make sure I hold his hair at the middle or roots and his hair always has product in it when I detangle it cause the brush slides through his hair with little to no problem every time. Aww sweet little guy. My sons didn't like getting their hair combed either. When they were about 3, I made the gut wrenching decision for them to get haircuts. It was hard to watch. They still get haircuts and some days are better than others. The best part about this video was watching how Jersey's big sisters came through to comfort him.
If the jers man doesn't like getting his hair brushed cutting it might be an option, but if you brushed his hair more often he would get use to it and the tears would be few and fewer.
My son had to have blood drawn once a week. He had arthritis. I told him you can cry and act up but we will not leave until the blood is taken. Afterwards we will do something fun. Age 4-6. He sat and held out his arm. No crying. The phlebotomists said that I should hold him dwn. I said, He will not fight u. He nvr did. I would not encourage J, talk to him, or appease him. Just praise once done. Don’t speak for him as to how he feels. It does look really great.

this is bringing me back,my son who is now 15 was the exact same way,he hated u touch it,wash it,anything to it.he had way longer hair than jersey when he was 2 and 3yrs old.i remember the man buns,the ponytails,braids i did on him.jersey will grow out of it i promise,its just a phase.his sisters are so precious to him.u r doing a great job momma with all there hair,love u jersey u the man...

Oh dear, i can feel the pain the Little man goes trough. I have 2 Boys (1,5 and 5) with a mix of curly and coily (type 4c) hair. It's a headache. The Little ones hates getting his hair washed or brushed, he hates hats or basecaps, it Maybe works (the brushing) when i distract him with tv but it's a headache. But it has to be done to Keep their Beautiful nice hair. Still struggeling with washing my Little ones hair. It hurts Hearing him cry but it has to be done, one day they will be fine with it. You're doing great and your Kids are just adorable. I Keep Looking for Videos like this to see what i can make different/better or which products i can try. So thank you for that video. Check his scalp for any red spots e might have tender scalp then it he has treat with cotton ball, witch hazel, or grease area with hair oil, also let him attempt to brush or comb in mirror hell get used to it then he'll let you

I don’t like little boys or men with ponytails or a man bun or long hair! But that’s my opinion... I feel that if Jersey doesn’t like having his hair touched etc then why don’t you take him to a Mans Barber and get his hair cut shorter with clippers it will look really nice and it will be easier for you too manage....💇🏽♂️

This was so satisfying to watch because mine ABSOLUTELY hates his head being touched. I mean he cry’s and pulls away like I’m hurting him but i make sure I hold his hair at the middle or roots and his hair always has product in it when I detangle it cause the brush slides through his hair with little to no problem every time. I wish mine would sit there while I’m doing his hair. Lol good job.

Aww sweet little guy. My sons didn't like getting their hair combed either. When they were about 3, I made the gut wrenching decision for them to get haircuts. It was hard to watch. They still get haircuts and some days are better than others. The best part about this video was watching how Jersey's big sisters came through to comfort him.
Try a very wide tooth comb and comb from the ends not from the scalp. It is less painful. I am a hair dresser so I know of what I speak.

My son had to have blood drawn once a week. He had arthritis. I told him you can cry and act up but we will not leave until the blood is taken. Afterwards we will do something fun. Age 4-6. He sat and held out his arm. No crying. The phlebotomists said that I should hold him dwn. I said, He will not fight u. He nvr did. I would not encourage J, talk to him, or appease him. Just praise once done. Don’t speak for him as to how he feels. It does look really great.
He’s probably restless too after sitting for so long...too much primping Mom 👊🏽. He’s such a cutie.
