Small Loco Variety at Cwmbran Railway Station - Friday 31st May, 2024

A small variety of trains are seen at Cwmbran railway station, which include 2x Class 197 units, 2x Class 67 DVT sets, the Blue Pullman HST set returning on the 'Torbay Riviera Pullman' from Paignton to Carlisle, and top and tail Class 57s running from Cardiff Central to Carnforth Steamtown on a Northern Belle empty stock move following an afternoon lunch charter that ran from Bristol to Cardiff during the same day.
Overall, a busy little hour at Cwmbran as May finally rests for another year.
