While these are good morning routines, remember, YOU dont have to wake up at 5:00 AM everyday, you dont have to make a 20$ iced coffee everyday, you dont have to go for a hike everyday, you donât have to take a shower in a hugeeeeee bathroom. Everyones routines are different and while yes these are good for for you, if you dont find joy in them, dont force yourself. You can be just as productive without all these fancy things. Okay, i know itâs blueberry and I also know that chocolate is really bad for dogs, but even if it was chocolate, she probably knows better than any of the comments, if her dog is able to handle a little bit of chocolate or not. While these are good morning routines, remember, YOU dont have to wake up at 5:00 AM everyday, you dont have to make a 20$ iced coffee everyday, you dont have to go for a hike everyday, you donât have to take a shower in a hugeeeeee bathroom. Everyones routines are different and while yes these are good for for you, if you dont find joy in them, dont force yourself. You can be just as productive without all these fancy things.
