- Today for our #LiveFromHome we want to sing with you! This is a song called Song Seven: ‘Si Le Le’ by Bobby McFerrin (arranged by Paul Smith), and Andrea is going to teach you all the parts so that you can join in. The song is in a seven beat pattern, and involves body percussion as well as singing to keep you on your toes. Good luck!
There's something happening every day as part of our #LiveFromHome sessions, and if you're enjoying it all, please consider donating via www.voces8.foundation/donate to help us keep producing music in the future. - Hudba
"Hi everybody" perfectly tuned on G and C
Yes, I thought about this the whole time too ;) You can hear Andrea is a real musician, even when she speaks it sounds like singing!
2:09 How lovable is Katie's ALTO voice? "Like" if you agree!
isn't it more soprano
@@Branbran1993Agree. I always try to seperate her voice in the videos but either she sings very quietly or she is really good at blending in. Im no professional so i have no clue. There are only a few special occasions where shes poking out of the mix. So very nice to hear her completly by her own.
As a mezzo soprano (which is also Katie’s voice quality-basically soprano but a darker timbre), I have normally sung interior parts. These add richness, and can be a bit more challenging than exterior parts like high soprano and bass-so, fun! But they are also typically more difficult for a listener to hear and identify.
That said, we do need to hear more of Katie’s beautiful voice!!
Loved Eleanore’s dancing ☺️
She looks like a sheer bundle of joy.
Yeah, that really made up my day! 🎶✨
Lovely smile. She really enjoys herself. What a great future she has.
The soprano in red (it isn't the title of a poem) is having a blast! She is contagious!!
Your music is absolutely the most beautiful sound! I cannot get over the pureness of your vocal sound-& this from a former member of the Tabernacle Choir in Salt Lake City! 🤗
I love all of you and love what you're doing for people in their homes
that sounds kinky. go on.
I had an annoying Friday until I just came across this video. I sang along twice and now I'm really fine. The weekend can come now.
Thank you for the nice music.
I'm sending it to my students to learn from home. They're gonna love it--thank you. Please do more!
Today I heard this in the city of Bremen, Germany🇩🇪, drizzling rain, 15 degrees... And I was the only one dancing 💃🕺💃 at the bus stop...
Left Valencia two days ago, 35 degrees, spent a day in Paris🇫🇷,
26 degrees, and currently 15 degrees, no sun, no pool🏊...,
But music, su le le su le le..... A bit like singing in the rain... 😂🤣😂
Andrea did a good job explaining and teaching the 7 beat structure...
Bless you❤, and enjoy the rest of the summer, wherever you go, it's in your heart, anyway... Bon voyage ❤
When you're having an exhausting day and remember just in time that this exists! ❤
Okay, so these are fellow human beings after all. Because from only watching dozens of their flawless mind-boggling performances, I had begun to conclude that they were celestial entities from worlds unknown.
Just found your videos today.
I listened to Jesu, joy of...... multiple times and then this one multiple times as well.
Beautiful, just beautiful.
Thank you for lifting my spirits in this time of pandemic induced madness.
Pretty extreme acoustics in that performance space! Won't often find that much natural reverb in a concert room. Good work all - really lovely.
Lifted my spirit. Thank you!
Aside from this awesome piece, Eleonore is so cute 😍😍.
I second that!
@@fredneecher1746 Yeeeey. Thanks for the support. HAHAHA 😅😅😅

Just Amazing. Love you.
What a cheerful addition you are to our lives; THANK YOU xxxxxxxx
Took me back to summer camp as a kid. We would often learn round songs in three or four parts switching parts for each repetition. We did this in the main hall or outside around a camp fire where it would echo through the woods.
Jesteście genialni :D
Oh my. Thank you guys. So lovely, and such a pleasure to have a go
Really loving these interactive videos. Thanks so much! 😁❤️
I' m definitely fan of them !!!
Bravo, it's very fantastic and brilliant song! 🙂😘 Have a nice day!
Meninas vocês são maravilhosas.. best regards from Mairiporã, Brazil...!
Great fun, thank you! 😄🎶🤗
Watching and singing in Wyoming. Thank you!😷💞🌟
Cool. Sounds African, with a twist.
How we would harmonise this very quickly in South Africa:
Deep bass line ... I I I, IV IV, V... V V, I
The first bit Elanor was doing we would let the tenors do.
Beautiful 🥂
🇿🇦
I would love to hear that version
@@RinZ3993 Just sing B-B-B / E-E / F# F# F# / B under their harmonization at 5:47
Exactly my very first impression when I heard it some twenty years ago from the CD. I discovered Isicathamiya listening to Graceland, the Paul Simon and that grew on me ever since.
Have you heard "I Fagiolini and the Sdasa Chorale "?? Awesome!!!
The cherry on top is always the best part 😊
Great Video! Thank you for this simple demonstration from true experts!
such a fun, interactive and doable practice!
I love for all the music you have ,thanks for your talent

What have I only just discovered! You're fabulous.
MAGNIFIQUE!!!!!
What a brilliant idea. It’s the closet I’ll ever get to sing with you! X
I must have missed the closet. Must be a distancing thing.
@@whoopjohn think they meant "closest" - I thought the "closet" might be a good echo-audio place to sing 😂
Thx to you all of you
I really love that kind of so good energy !!💚👍🧚
That was awesome! Thanks for sharing! Don

Outstanding - but of course this what we've come to expect from everything that Voces8 does. Thank-you!
