I can't believe it's gone on to a new owner. You absolutely killed it with that car. Perfect looks, perfect sound, and nothing wasted on frivolous BS. Everything was just as it should be. Here's to your next project, and may it ignite a fire in the hearts and spark of imagination in everyone as this one has.
I grew up a Honda fanatic. Drove an S2000 for the first time back in 2002, and promptly decided then and there that it was my dream car - but I was young and broke. I worked my way up & got better jobs, saving along the way. Finally, in 2008 I bought my perfect example. It was white with the red/black interior. I modified that car in a way that felt perfect to me over the next 13 years, slowly but surely (although nowhere near as modified as David's car).
Can't imagine what it must feel like letting this thing go, but I'm so glad it's going into a really special set of hands. He's going to treat her right.
Dang Dave....I almost got emotional with you. I've watched this build from the beginning and in that one moment, you showed the world your passion. I felt that.
I loved the intro. I am a 100% Disabled Vet and love all things motorsports. This car is my favorite build on CZcams and it makes me tear up seeing this. I live in Florida and was hoping one day to get to Birmingham and hope get to go for a ride in it. Dreams sometimes come true and then again...
No Way I can’t believe you have sold it you built a very unique car which in my opinion cannot ever be replaced personally I would kept it till the day I pass away I’ve got a 1986 KX500 which I’d never sell for any price
i’m not crying it’s just...dust from a one of one 4 rotor in my eyes
You can tell David is hella emotional with letting the Rx7 go, I Know its hard but I know davids gonna build another monster 👌🏽
The way that man said "I DROPPED what I was doing" pure enthusiasm.
No matter what, the 4 rotor rx7 will always be in our hearts 🖤🖤

Geez man this got me teared up when George was speaking about the car and David teared up. THE PASSION IS REAL!!!
The money has to be way more than worth it because in my opinion some things are priceless. Wish the best for your future builds brother.
Gosh dang this made me tear up. To see the passion Dave has in his build truly speaks to the level of love he has for this car.
Whatever you are planning, i bet you will regret selling it someday. :(
Sad to see it go but happy it’s at a good home 🏠. Can’t wait to see what’s next, you’re a goddamn rotary wizard David!

Big respect to the bro working out of the storage unit building a machine like that 💪
