Which was directly linked to heine,this is also rhe reason shinpei got heine's eye in near the end of the series.at first i was like:'oo heterochromatic MC!' Spoiler alert Thx for this video I finally understand ep 24 and 25 Ep1 s1 we saw shinpie and ushio at the boat when she gives him the eye and that where the first loop started,but in EP 24 S2 we saw her just erasing his memory and he didn't have the blue eye effect in ep25 S2 that means the loop Finley ends and ushio was the only one who have that power now
About the two shinpei‘s, i alsp thought that was weird but my theorie is that memories transcend parallel universes. For example, when you dream you see a certain event happening, the next day the same exact event plays in real time in front of you. Most chalk it up as deja vu, but i think that may be memories from a different me from a different timeline.

Since then i was looking out for a character that explains stiff with game based knowledge.

Yes, she gave him the power in the first loop. She wasn’t a hallucination. She did that before she disappeared.
