No, what Ei did was wrong in so many ways. Puppet or not, he is still deserving of love and care. He is as much « human » as anyone else. He was not some cheap, unfeeling, unthinking, metal scrap to be toyed with and discarded like trash.
Fun fact raiden shogun is actually Ei’s puppet not her twin, Ei is the creator of the puppet. Raiden Makoto is Raiden Ei’s twin sister who died in the Archon war, and that’s how Ei became the Electro Archon and the God of Eternity, so yeah that’s it
