      Oh, now we know why you avoided climbing Avala, after that long walk in Novi Sad😂 And, one must notice, that dress is beautiful, flare sleeves are trendy. And the necklace...ah, the necklace is the winner❤ Gives whole impression a sense of grace and sophistication. Good choice, congrats 😊

      Thank you!! Here’s all the tips I follow to train as best I can:
      -Train each muscle group twice a week, with at least 48hrs before you train that muscle group again.
      -After warming up properly, train with the highest intensity you can, with a weight that you can do a maximum of 5-15 reps with.
      -Aim for the muscle groups you train in your session to have 6-8 working sets.
      -Aim for 2-5 minutes of rest between sets
      -Train 5-6 days a week, with 1-2 rest days per week.
      -Eat LOTS of protein
      -Sleep consistently, and a lot
