- Welcome everyone. This was a great Adventure. My first ever Goose hunt. What a blast! No pun intended. I end up getting together with my buddy Ryan and the guys he goes goose hunting with. We headed out to the North West corner of the city limits to hunt a freshly cut field.

Yummy. Roasted goose is so good. My grandma used to cook one every Christmas.
Awesome. I haven't tried roasting it yet. I like to cut the breasts in slices and fry up. Going to.slow cook the legs this time

Yeah man it was a pretty neat experience. Seeing those geese drop down on you like that. See massive flocks fly by

Nice shoot. Never had more than 4-5 guns and not really a fan of aframes but I get how comfy they can be. I found they spooked the birds when I set one up. I have a funky layout that I like that I can see almost 360 degrees around. I thought one was gonna hit you head on. Some looked like pretty high shots but I know the GoPro camera can distort.
Yeah the big flocks were def spooked by the a frames. It was fun though. Excited to do it again . Some of those shots were actually pretty high.
man im a tad jealous seeing such fun. i know one place to hunt white tail, besides that i have no clue where to hunt anything in MB. got no crew, no friends, tried getting in with a hunting group and got nowhere. hopefully one day ill meet someone willing to share locations and perhaps some shooting time. till that day comes guess i got what i got which is better than nothing at all :)
Well if I ever get to a point when I'm hunting regularly again. Not just last minute and sporadic. We could meet up for a hunt. I'd say 95% of the time I hunt and would rather hunt solo. It's nice and quiet for me haha.
