We’ve been put into one category (organised crime) here and had our rights taken away. If we gather more than two of us anywhere we are arrested and jailed. First time 6mths, second time 12mths and it continues to go up. I know we have criminal elements in our clubs but so does every race, group, organisation etc. But what the people don’t realise is that when this legislation was introduced it doesn’t just effect us. It effects everyone. We were just the scapegoats used to allow these draconian laws to be passed. Australia was once a beautiful, free country that people were proud to call home! I have children & grandchildren and it’s scary to think our children are coming into this world with governments like this. The Finx mc Australia were declared a criminal organisation in the state of new south wales a few years ago and 99% of the members of the Finx mc in new south wales patched over to the Mongols mc due to that happening and that's how the first chapter of the Mongols mc started in Australia. In some states in Australia if your a member of a certain 1% mc club you can't wear your colours/patch or have any club paraphernalia shown in public. There's a heap of bullshit the Australian government has come up with to mess with 1% mc clubs here.

Sose, I love your channel brother. For starters, Australia is not a republic. But it’s really bad over here man, visible tattoos are not allowed in some restaurant, clubs, and bars. Consorting laws mean that you can’t consort with more than 2 patched members if patched, in NSW QLD and Perth, any club paraphernalia including tattoos can lead to 6 months jail. Victoria is the only place left with some level of freedom. In NSW I get pulled over at least once ever two weeks and asked if I’m in a club, been defected for reflectors, bars, white walls…etc. It’s a joke here mate and not a nice place to be at all. The government want to funnel all the clubs into one state then they’ll drop the biggest bomb there….sometimes it’s not even worth owning a bike here. What’s worse….I’m not in a club and don’t have a record at all….. The issues really started with certain ethnic groups started joining clubs, they got more violent, rode less, loyalty was no longer valued to the point where most of the bikies here including presidents club hop. Most of the patched members here don’t even ride bikes..they’re essentially just drug dealers who happen to wear patches.

I am from there left the country a few years back and I love the freedoms we have in the US. At lest I can ride and be left alone to enjoy the ride. I ride. Never been in a club. But yes that is all true what you say. I was always getting pulled and questioned which club I rode with and treated like a criminal. And it became worse in Queensland. It was bad in Western Australia. That place is a police state. It got to a point where I kept my bike in the garage. And I don’t ride a Harley or wear anything that looks remotely like a patch. If they want to know who the real criminals are they should refer to the reports on the Fitzgerald royal commission the Woods royal commission and the Kennedy royal commission reports.

Awe Mate... Come on with all due respect. This is not the whole story. I ride solo or with my sons. I have seen riders with their Tatts and Cuts on the road with no drama. Yeah I live in Tassie but mate this place is fuckin amazing for riders of all types. They did try to ban cuts but it did not stand to a high court challenge. Yeah the 1% might get a little more heat if the cops are being tough. But our cops are not like the US one who shot first then ask why. About 99% of them will go out of their way to help anyone. Yeah we have tough gun laws but moving from the US to here I would never go back my kids have been in school for 11 years and not once have a worried is this my last goodbye. A few months ago we in Tassie have a MRAA run where the cops even gave us a clear road so all of us to ride as a pack without dramas. I've never had aspirations of joining an MC and thus some reading would rightly ask "Why watch this then?"!. The answer in a few words is: Government oppression is spreading everywhere and during no other time in my life has it ever been as exposed as it has over the Covid period (2020 - ?). Thanks Sose for bringing this to the front. I like you using the Peoples Democratic Republic tag. I have been using that for a while. I am from there left the country a few years back and I love the freedoms we have in the US. At lest I can ride and be left alone to enjoy the ride.
I ride. Never been in a club. But yes that is all true what you say. I was always getting pulled and questioned which club I rode with and treated like a criminal. And it became worse in Queensland. It was bad in Western Australia. That place is a police state. It got to a point where I kept my bike in the garage. And I don’t ride a Harley or wear anything that looks remotely like a patch.
If they want to know who the real criminals are they should refer to the reports on the Fitzgerald royal commission the Woods royal commission and the Kennedy royal commission reports.

Besides this is not the 70s, and we have more access to information, than say my grandfather's would have had. Especially due to fact both of my parents rode motorcycles, and spent a good bit of time riding with others in the 60s and 70s.

Awe Mate... Come on with all due respect. This is not the whole story. I ride solo or with my sons. I have seen riders with their Tatts and Cuts on the road with no drama. Yeah I live in Tassie but mate this place is fuckin amazing for riders of all types. They did try to ban cuts but it did not stand to a high court challenge. Yeah the 1% might get a little more heat if the cops are being tough. But our cops are not like the US one who shot first then ask why. About 99% of them will go out of their way to help anyone. Yeah we have tough gun laws but moving from the US to here I would never go back my kids have been in school for 11 years and not once have a worried is this my last goodbye. A few months ago we in Tassie have a MRAA run where the cops even gave us a clear road so all of us to ride as a pack without dramas. Honestly people should come visit Australia before saying crazy stuff that just isn't happening. Australia is the land of the "fair go" if you don't play stupid games you will not will stupid prizes. I can't say it enough Australia is NOT like the US news is saying. Great, kind, wonderful, and thoughtful people here. @@demonsandoutlaws we don't need the 2nd amendment, you can still have guns but the rules are strict. Gun safes, Ammo in separate safe, licensed, no semi or auto. Yeah the CV lockdowns were tough, and many lived were saved. I work in healthcare it impacted every aspect of our lives. But mostly things are back to normal. Masks are advised but not required for high risk areas. I am also talking facts I am boots on the ground. No parent should have to think is this the last day and we don't. I hate most of the news on TV but take some time and watch SBS or the ABC Australia news.

I've never had aspirations of joining an MC and thus some reading would rightly ask "Why watch this then?"!.
