Did you visit Bhutan? Do you mean that traveling to Bhutan is Expensive? Do you mean the leaders are dictator? You have to travel to Bhutan, know it, experience it and comments.
@@tracysharp1361 At least Afghanistan is somewhat modernized. Bhutan doesn't even have traffic lights and those people living in rural areas definitely do not have electricity.
