I spend more time finding key words to use in my titles and descriptions so the algorithm will push my content out than recording and editing. Craziness. Never contacted her, gave her the breakup as you very well suggested and went on with my life. Recently I saw her with another guy at a train station (4 months post breakup). I was totally shattered, it crushed me down. At the time of the breakup I felt better, cause there were valid reasons leading up to it. Now I feel much more worse and pretty much starting all over again. English is not my native language, please excuse possible mistakes.

Still in no contact . Why would you contact your ex about anything if you had split up and not bothered??

Shared bills, kids, pets and so on. You be polite but business like. If her reaching out to you is hurting you, simply say “you contacting me isn’t good for me right now. Please only reach out if you want to reconcile.” P.s don’t mind read what she is talking about with mutual friends. You’re too busy and too high value to be worried about such things. @@TheLoveFix-Nick She is allot of pain due to pulling a muscle in her chest , said she tried walking the dog but it hurt too much , could I come over as a massive favour and walk him . Weather she was in pain or not , surely she could have got some one else to walk him or just let him out for a wee . Just keeping no contact mate , I’m not making a move , I am actually very busy at the minute , these video s are helping abs they make allot of sense
Yeah unless you share ownership of the dog, it’s not your monkey. She could call a friend or family member to help her. Be polite about it. “I’m not unavailable this evening. I hope you feel better” That’s it. It’s all business now. She does not have boyfriend privileges with you anymore, so she has to deal with the gravity of her decision.
Still miss her ....it's been one year in a half since the break up 💔 June 23 2020 that last phone call and she said I don't see a future with you. Wow! 6yrs relationship she walked out right after recovering from covid-19 i was home with covid-19 and called to tell me this. i wonder what she's doing nowadays 🤔. But I do think about her everyday how can I stop??
Please stop all you are doing to yourself is torture. It's been a year please move on go to gym go on dating apps find a new person she has moved on why haven't you.
Jorge, though that is good advice, everyone moves on at their own speed. We all have a different perception based on individual experiences. Remember my friend, people are not you.
My break-up was Jan 2021. I didn't beg or plead at the time. Found out she moved across the country and is in a new relationship in September. I beg and plead than for her to come back. She said she would come back and change her mind a few days later. Than change her mind to come back again a few months later. She call me everyday and we talk for about 45 mins a day while she drive to work for 6 months and she flip flop 4 times since than. I finally couldn't take it any more and snap. Called her a lair and manipulative for strung me a long. Told her if it's too hard for her to choose, I wouldn't make her choose but I had to cut ties with her. After that day she never call again. It's been 7 weeks. So mine break up has been over a years and a half and I'm still hurting..
Wow that sucks buddy. I’d be hurting to if that were me. You did the right thing by cutting ties because she was using you to get over you. I think most people in your situation would be hurt and frustrated. The thing is, because you stayed in contact it delayed your healing by all this time. You’re doing the right thing and I promise you’ll be fine.
When your ex says “I think you will regret breaking up when you feel better” or “we had a wonderful relationship, it’s such a shame” - do you think these are classic guilt trips trying to blackmail you in to thinking your reasons for breaking up are completely wrong and they are right?
