Ingredients:-
Mayda 2 cup
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Kala jeera 1/2 tea spoon
Oil 1/4 cup
Water as required

Aloo Masala for stuffing:-
Aloo 1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
Jeera 1/2 tea spoon
Hing 1/2 tea spoon
Adarak(Grated) 1 tea spoon
Hari Mirch 7-8
Haldi 1/2 tea spoon
Lal Mirch powder 1 tea spoon
Oil 2 tea spoon
-------
Oil 1/2 litre for frying
