4:08 you say the 29 rims can hold tires with specification 700x28C to 700x38C 4:47 you say you can fit any tire with spec 700x30C to 700x38C Which one is it?
Did the same to my 29r - fitted 700 x 38 on it, as I was mainly using roads, works just fine, just get the correct inner tubes.
Does the same tube of 2.2 tyre works for 700x35c?? Do we have to change rims/spokes??

Sorry but the mtb tyre u r holding is not 38c it’s more than that....looks like a 50-55c....2inch = 50mm
Usually mtb tyres are 29x2 or 29x2.1

Yes it is possible. Simply buy another 26 inch tyre of a smaller width. For eg: if your bike uses 26x2.35 inch tyres. Simply buy a 26x1.75 inch tyre.

But some hybrids don't have front tyre suspension...suspension adds to the weight so do we need to remove the suspension also?
