Been doing the bedding hack since the 80's. It's one of the best hacks that I discovered on my own. I saw the bread bag hack some months ago and use it all the time because the twist ties and clips always go AWOL. Doesn't work unless there is enough slack to turn down over the bread but otherwise, I think it's genius.
