- This video is an attempt to help distract you from the discomfort of a migraine headache. I hope it works for you, and brings you the relief you need. It also works well for a hangover allowing your mind to be distracted from the pain. Please let me know if it works for you.
A migraine is much more than a bad headache. This neurological disease can cause debilitating throbbing pain that can leave you in bed for days! Movement, light, sound and other triggers may cause symptoms like pain, tiredness, nausea, visual disturbances, numbness and tingling, irritability, difficulty speaking, temporary loss of vision and many more.

hello my friend, have you tried with supplements? I've been suffering migraines for years until i started taking supplements (magnesium and Salt).

I remember that I had a massive headache a few months ago and when I looked for any Asmr to help fall asleep and dull the pain this video popped up being only released for a hour. I didn’t comment then cause I was in so much pain that running dead centre into a metal poll would have been an improvement, so thank you and here’s your comment now, good doctor.

For mental health it can go like your trying to do something for the third eye to help with the mental health and get "sucked in" into a loop or anything youd like i just need a doctor helping me out at night think you can help ?
