Two settings to change in OBS if you are getting choppy frames in your recordings. Leave any questions you may have in the comments and I will answer them.
Is it possible to unlag a vide? I have recorded a fortnite gameplay clip but in the video its laggy as hell byt the game wasn’t at all.so help me please?
i feel u bro exact same game and problem with me i wanna die. I realized it midway through editing too idk how i missed the frames being choppy half the time
RajjinPheonix and other viewers just for knowledge no hate if you see x264 dont enable it because it uses your CPU to record resulting ingame lag making your game experience and recording both laggy
I'm using Nvidia nvenc h.264 with 50,000 bit rate and am experiencing chop. Settings are 4k/60 and game is F1 2023. I don't think there is a fix. I think F1 is out of the program's range. AMD 7950 cpu and Nvidia 4090 gpu.
@@KabeerThePro Thanks for the reply. I've done all of that. I tried recording via the Nvidia and got better results. The bitrate was 90,000 according to the properties. Action! has similar results but I think there is a memory leak because the recording progressively gets mor choppy.
Bro earned a sub for making the video straight to the point
quick and straight to the point. thank you so much good sir!
I tried everything I could to prevent choppiness of the screen recording in OBS, but nothing works. There must be a better way.

@@chezzerzs7143 yea mine became way less choppy and im not sure what i did, im just glad its fixed.
i think if literally nothing works its a hardware problem
I've been having the same issue, and I have heard that getting an SSD helps. I am still trying to figure out how that works though.
Bro tysm u made my day it actually worked i didnt expect it

Go to graphic settings in windows and put obs on high performance, also run obs as admin whenever you stream or record

@@georgemcgnarly3144 oh okay, I honestly have no idea what can cause stutters with the amazing specs as yours, how many gigs of ram do you have?
