  • The MindJournal was founded to give all men a safe place to open up. To help change the way they look after themselves and those around them. In today's video, we will review the notebook, and talk about the parts, process, and how to use this for your own personal gain.
I think this is a great guided journal for guys, or anyone, looking to better hone their emotions and thoughts.

Got a Mind Journal about a week ago. Thank you for explaining the Pie of life section for me. I needed this. Glad to follow and look forward to more content from you.

I fell in love with this book in just two days of journaling. My only issue is that it's only offered three months worth of journaling. I wish they would make one for one year length of time.

I think that they keep it broken up this way to reduce size. A full year would be a novel of a notebook - but I feel you on wanting more.

Not something that worked for me at all, in any way, but I think this is largely because my natural journaling process covers all this is a far more straightforward, natural way. For me, though, the kind of structure n the mind journal is detrimental to what I think of as journaling. Very early on, I read the journals and notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci, Einstein, Churchill, Mark Twain, Ben Franklin, George Washington, John Adams, and a number of others while still a teen. I read many more in my twenties, including journals of contemporary rich and highly successful we have all heard of.
In the end, though, it came down to some weird mix of Leonardo da Vinci, Einstein, Ben Franklin, Mark Twain, Winston Churchill, and my own natural thought processes. Nowhere did I find where structure and exercises helped. I know they make me feel like I'm accomplishing something when all I'm really doing is procrastinating and spinning my wheels. Your milage may vary.

I think that, like you, if you have a pretty good hold on what you want and need your journal to be, something like this isn’t really helping. Maybe providing a little structure. But for others that don’t have that, it’s a possible way to get those mind muscles moving to see what work sans doesn’t. I’ve liked that it’s given me tools to use when I need them. Not every exercise is for me, and I’ve skipped some, but some are nice to know are there.
I’ve never read their journals before, I’m going to look into that. Sounds really interesting.

Hey man not sure if you’re still active, but how does this one compare to like self mastery for men on Amazon? It’s a $50 vs $20 decision which I know isn’t much but is it rly worth the extra $30 over the top rated one on Amazon? Thanks

Have you peeked at Archer and Olive's Creative Way journal? it apparently has some tools and prompts for working through things kind of like this.

This notebook could definitely work for anyone. The company just markets it as a journal for men, or with men in mind. Honestly it really ia great journal for all.
