Good point. Mozart was 35 when he died, and look how well remembered he is because of his many works.
The fact that Jeff is #39 on the Rolling Stone 100 Greatest Singers of All Time says it all, considering his very short career and the extremely long one of most singers on it. I certainly was blown away when I saw him there.
i think this is the version I was looking for. Thank you.
Thank you! Very intimate version of "i know its over"
Send me back to the 90's please .......PLEASE!!!!
Beautiful.
This song is particularly moving for me, I heard it off of that compilation cd they made of Jeff's music I've forgot it the name of it , I got it in Austin, Tx I wish I still had it. I just played it over and over on a long MF roadtrip from Tx to Wash state.
Exquisite
🖤
i love this and hearing this makes me miss his voice more.
Thank youX
Shivers on shivers
I love this one!!!
Just over 3 months before he died (kiss)
@hand2gland I agree, though Schubert lived the same duration and composed, well, a lot :)
Only one month later he died. In the same city.
where the fuck do you find these wonderful versions??
I'm sorry, Jeff, that I only discovered you after your death. Your voice reaches into my soul as I feel myself at a point between life and death. Thanks for posting.
