In my early 20s and yet to have children this journey and honesty is really eye opening and refreshingly open. Honestly think I’ll be watching these back when I have my own children for strength inspiration xx
Appreciate your updates! Even though I don’t have a family yet. I really love watching your videos and learn so much. Thoroughly enjoying them. You just shine xx
Thank you so much for being so open. No one talks about this stuff and your helping me (and loads of other people) understand and learn so so much. THANK YOU xxxx
We found cherry shaped dummies work well. All 3 of mine wouldn’t take anything but those. Also you’re doing amazing and these videos are helping me so much as I’m currently 18 weeks EBF and we’re struggling a bit. Cranial osteopath didn’t work for us as she isn’t holding much tension. We are waiting for a paediatrician appointment now. These videos are helping me not feeling alone as this journey is WILD. You’re literally so relevant and lovely! ♥️ And you’re so so right, mums supporting mums is such a beautiful thing! All to often mums are already giving themselves a hard time cause mum guilt is real! ✨
Am watching this and honestly went through the same thing with my son and it was a nightmare honestly such a struggle, I thought it was just me I really appreciate you sharing this journey your amazing hun, it’s not easy but it will get better ❤️❤️❤️
You are the best mam ever Ren is so lucky to have you both you are an absolute angel! The reason I’ve watched you for 4 years now! You are true, real and the loveliest person ever 🦋🦋💜💜
You need not worry about offending people as you are the MOST caring woman I have ever watched!! It is in your nature to be kind and it shows! Luv u ❤️🌼
The reason I’m so grateful you’re sharing this struggle AND saying you’re not giving up is because as a nursing momma when you talk to someone about why they stopped nursing they mention a particular struggle and then say so I had to stop (totally justified, their journey) but then it makes me feel like people will assume moms who nurse for a year just were lucky to not have issues and maybe a new mom will feel like they aren’t meant to nurse because it’s hard, when that is NOT the case, it’s hard for all of us.
Your makeup is on fire🔥 Mummy life is really suiting you, your absolutely glowing, a beautiful mummy with beautiful baby girl😍 Thank you for sharing your journey with us xx
I have never seen someone in the public eye share their breastfeeding journey so honestly and in such detail. Well done and thank you for doing your bit, helping prepare new mums and championing women, you are the best mum to Renaelia, not just because you’re breastfeeding her but just because of your overwhelming love that shines through. You’re also such a warm, lovely person, keep being true to yourself, you’re amazing 😭💗💗💗
Imogen, you should be so proud of yourself. This whole series is not just your BF journey but how you advocated for your baby girl and gave her a voice before she found her own. You’re amazing mama!!! 🤍
You are doing such a good job. You are a wonderful, caring person and mother. I agree we should empower other moms and encourage each other no matter our journey. I think your journey can help others. And also my daughters were like that about bottles and pacifiers too.
Hi Imogen hope your okay ! Your looking absolutely stunning by the way ❤️ My little boy had the exact same problems and it was absolutely horrific! I felt so guilty I just wanted to take it all away … you are doing an absolutely amazing job and I love to See you grow into a mummy ❤️ love you keep strong
I love the honesty of this video. This took me back. My little one is 18 months now and I only managed 6 weeks breastfeeding which I was devastated about. I absolutely loved breastfeeding and it although it’s so natural it’s not always easy/straightforward like everyone thinks. Sending you all the love! It’s hard when you get so much conflicting advice/tips, but do what works for you and Renaelia! 💓
I'm not a mum yet, but believe me when I say this imogen, you are doing amazing. I'm in awe of all of you mothers who put your own needs on the back burner for your babies, I can only imagine how tough it all is and as someone who isnt a mother and is totally impartial, most of you shock me with your sheer strength to keep fighting on and being there for your babies as best as you can. You are such a great mum already hun and its not even been that long! 😊 baby girl will watch these videos back one day and all she'll feel is pure love and she will be so proud of you 💜
Almost 8 months pregnant. Definitely look forward to your updates so keep us updated ! You're so relevant, please continue being you. Even when I wasn't pregnant found you so easy to relate to. I know your anxiety holds you back but whenever you do post on any social media outlet, there will definitely be at least one person who thrives because of you and your kindness.
You’re literally so sweet & you care so much about not offending people. I think you speak about your journey so honestly & courteously and you shouldn’t worry. You’re amazing!!!!

Aw Imogen, I love your videos! I really wish you wouldn’t think that you’re offending anyone, this is your motherhood journey and no one else’s, everyone’s experience is their own and it’s amazing to see that you’re willing to share yours. I’m so grateful for these videos, I’m due my first baby in February and although I don’t want to breastfeed because of personal choice, I love seeing your journey through the breastfeeding side. Thank you so much and loving your videos, keep smashing it girl ❤️
Hello, I've been a silent watcher/ Subscriber for a long time but I'm finally ready to comment! You have a beautiful family and your doing absolutely amazing angel! Love you❤ and I love your journey xx
Have you looked into cmpa ? My baby had that cows milk protein allergy , might be worth looking into? She had servere reflux , she would snore and wriggle in pain barely slept then after a number of weeks had blood in her nappies only saying as may be of help if it’s the same Xx
Sending you so much love it’s awful too see them that way she knows you love her and you’re her protector! I remember nights with my daughter where I’d have to do the same completely strip down and get in the bath with her you do anything so try reassure them. 🤍🤍🤍
Imogen, you are the best mum to your girly 💕 you should be incredibly proud of yourself! And please don’t think we don’t care about even the smallest thing, because we do!😉 sending so much love ❤️
also new you had to of been.a pisces the way that you were expressing yourself, my best friend is a pisces and she is the same way. I am a capricorn and I am like the complete opposite lol
You can never please everyone i would say you do you and let them do there own things. I comby fed my daughter from birth she is almost 3 and is happy and healthy my feeling is fed is best and what ever way you do it is the best way for baby and you. You are doing an amazing job and have beautiful baby she is your little angel x
Loads of lv chick ya doing arwsome ya getting the rite help sooo wanna give u a hug bless u all of u are doin brilliant loads of lv Louise from Sheffield 😘😘😘
I love watching your videos . I lost my daughter three weeks ago at 28 weeks pregnant she was still born worse thing that has ever happens to me. . I was thinking in my head that you will have had your baby and I can watch all your videos with a new born al the must haves breast feeding all the new videos with a new born. Now am still watching but without my baby warm inside of me . Sorry to be down but I literally watch you thinking about the what ifs . Keep going you are doing gr8 xx
I’m 19 weeks ebf! I found mam latex dummies the best for my baby he hated the normal mam ones. He didn’t take a dummy until h was 15/16 weeks though and he used to refuse to take it and scream if we tried to give it him. I started replacing my boob with the dummy once he was just suckling for the comfort rather then feeding. We had to be persistent with him taking a dummy. Also with the pumping they usually say to express when baby would feed to keep up supply but with you having an over supply pumping when you can will be fine, I don’t have an over or under supply but never pump when baby is having a bottle that’s my time!!! Hope this helps a little 💕
You’re doing amazing Imogen! I loved breastfeeding my 3 boys! It’s not easy but it’s incredibly worth it. And yes, a fed baby is a happy baby, no judgment. You are doing so well, you’ve got this 🍯🐝🥰
I give my son a bottle of expressed milk for his night feed because he didn’t take my boob very well due to being sleepy. This is when I express milk and I can usually get enough for two feeds as supply is generally higher at night! So this is enough to store one feed in the freezer and have the feed ready for the next night . Now he is sleeping longer at night time my boobs are so full in the morning so after his morning feed I’ll express off the excess which is sometimes 6/7oz! I hope this helps! I’ll also sometimes express straight away at the end of each feed to catch the excess. Sometimes I don’t even get 1oz but helps store up some milk without effecting your supply too much.
First of all, I want to say that your breastfeeding journey videos actually described my own ENTIRE journey with breastfeeding my first baby boy. I struggled with fast flow and over supply and baby boy had silent reflux. He is 4 years old now and we nursed til he was 11 months old. Can I just tell you.... it gets easier! While you may encounter new obstacles, you will look back at the mountain you've climbed and be PROUD of all the incredibly hard work and commitment you've made to giving your daughter a wonderful gift. Its like this though... don't ever look back down the mountain at those who chose not to make the climb and feel guilty for being happy that you made the climb. Some people do, some people don't (for whatever choice or circumstance) and that is perfectly OKAY. However, your journey in breastfeeding your baby girl is something that you can look back on with joy and NOT feel bad or guilty about it because someone else has chosen not to take that same journey. If someone were to be offended by your joy and sense of accomplishment, thats on them darling and not your issue. Water off a duck's back, you have done a phenomenal job within your own life and your daughter's life👏 saying that does NOT take away from someone who chooses/must feed their baby another way. Every mum should be celebrated but also every difficult breastfeeding journey can be celebrated too! Well done!
My daughter had all the things you are describing when she was born . It was colic and they told me it would go at 3 months . They were right It disappeared when she was 3 months exactly. Thinking of you it will get easier 💞
Minbie bottles are meant to be great. Also my boys were prem and hospital put them on stage 2 teats straight away. Defo go up a teat like you said. Hope you’ve managed to get around that now. Your doing great x You can’t please everyone, and some people look for something to moan about, you don’t say anything with malice so if people take offence that’s on them and not you. Fellow pieces here so I get it. X
Trust me hun, I’m not offended by you saying about your breastfeeding journey. I’d love to breastfeed my babies but I had twins so decided not to but you should be proud ❤️❤️
Hi imogen, i would like to help you about the bottle. I breast feed both off my boys for only, for 6 month, and they never took the bottle when i tried, but the moment i went to work, they drank from the bottle like they had never tried anything else. Little babys know what they want, and if mommy is there offcourse they want mommy. She is still very little, but when the time is right she will take the bottle wheb she is hungry enough. I hope it helpes, you are doing great. She is a lucky Little girl, with a mom like you. Love from switzerland ❤
Hi Imogen, my son has a tongue tie cut yesterday at 4 weeks old. He had a very thickened major posterior tie which would explain why he’s never been able to breastfeed as he couldn’t open his mouth properly to latch or move his tongue. We’ve been on such a feeding journey and I’m going to continue to try to get him back on to breastfeeding but he’s definitely got a bottle preference as he’s used to it now. He’s also had colic so I’ve found it so hard to express enough milk as he wants to be held by me for the majority of the day. Every journey is so different and every baby is beautiful and unique ❤️ you’re an amazing Mum to your gorgeous Renaelia! X
Hi Imogen I breastfeed my son, I also expressed milk for my son, but he wouldn't take a bottle. I totally loved breastfeeding. I had lots of milk and it was like cream more than milk. I expressed all the time after I breastfeed. I also did it when I was in the bath. I was never in the house when my mum gave my son a bottle, because he wouldn't take it. My family found it very difficult to gave my son a bottle. I hope you get everything sorted. I also did baby massage for wind...it was fantastic doing it before his bath..x
It’s been a long time since mine were little, but maybe try Gripe water? Ask your Doctor. I’m not sure if it’s still available. Also, offer a bottle after u have nursed and take your time. Try dipping your bottle teat in your breast milk. I’ve heard the Munchkin LATCH bottle is good. I’m sure u have probably tried lots but I just thought I’d comment. Remember to take care of yourself too. U are also important xx
It's awful knowing your baby is in pain. We had it and professionals wouldnt listen because we were 1st time parents. Things will get better. Mummys gut instinct is amazing. My other half has to take over with situations like that. Even them getting thr jabs he deals with. You talking about this will help so many. I would personally say express if u feel engorged while someone else is feeding her. If your not engorged i wouldnt express because your making more and more milk. I found thay caused me problems in my experience. Your doing amazingly.
You’re doing amazing! 🤍 breast fed up until 8months My baby did not take any dummies at all, he did up until 9 weeks then randomly rejected it we have tried alll the brands and he will not take it. We started introducing bottles at 6 weeks once a day (dad did last feed in the evening) We introduced the Tommy timee anti reflux bottle. Have you tried the flow catcher? While you feed on the other boob? I didn’t have to express at all using that. Hope this helps ❤️
Hunny I know you’ve probably already heard this but dilute apple juice or prune juice and put it in a bottle for her if she’s allowed. It helped my niece with her poos so much as a baby ❤️ you’re doing great mama, you got this!
My baby (now 5 months) had 75% tongue tie. She had it clipped at 9days old. Was the best thing we did. Freia has now been breastfeeding 5 months. The midwife that cut hers said that if it hadn’t been cut she would have had trouble talking later on and would have had a lisp. But we had a night of her being really unsettled and after that she was fine. I saw a lactation specialist and she was incredible. The lumps in your breasts will be there until she settles with her feeding. You’ll get spouts of cluster feeding and that’s normal. (You probably know all this now but incase you don’t. It’s so important to and it will take any doubts away that you are having knowing it’s normal) definitely use an electric pump and then pop in the fridge. I breastfed my last baby until he was 2. It’s so hard at first. The first few months are so hard. You don’t need to express when she’s feeding from a bottle. Your body will produce the milk when she needs it. You’ll need to express just to relieve yourself. NUK bottles are incredible for bf babies. Dr browns are really well known for giving baby wind so I would avoid those if you can. With her feeding from a bottle would be better if you’re not in the room. If she can can smell you she’ll want you. They know lol they know the bottle isn’t the real thing. But being really relaxed about it. Lay on your side and get her to lay beside you and latch on. That’s a really nice way of feeding. You’ll also notice the milk changes colour for what she needs. If she’s coming down with a cold it’ll change colour as it will be what she needs so breastfeeding is absolutely incredible for baby. I have 4 children. I didn’t bf the first 2 as I wasn’t educated on it enough and didn’t really know what I was doing so I done a lot of research to know what’s normal. If you need someone to chat to or ask questions I can help you if you need. My name on Instagram is 3menandalittle_lady Please ask if you need any advice or just a shoulder to cry on. Xxxx
I'm not a mum but I have seen those breast feeding pouches you can get so you can express and store/freeze all breast milk you don't use .. obviously with expiry date etc you can find out how long it lasts etc and that way if you ever run out ..you also have a supply x
I’m struggling breastfeeding right now 😅 so I was in the shower and randomly thought about u how I need to go back and watch these videos now😂 I’m esb but my baby is only gaining 100g a week 😢 I really don’t want to stop breastfeeding I feed her all day as long as she wants so I don’t know what is going on 😩lactation nurse was no help, neither was the doctors 😣
And don’t worry about upsetting other people. Anyone who knows you will know that you don’t mean any offence. My mum hated hated hated Brest feeding so no stress hun. Each to their own
I encourage breastfeeding above pumping or expressing… because then, she may actually take a preference for a bottle (when she’s a little older, which is a nightmare). My baby didn’t take a dummy for about 4 whole months. Fair to say, I used to breastfeed about 15 hours a day which was so demanding. Next baby, I’ll get the latch checked on early on if I experience pain, get a dummy once breastfeeding is established (1 week on)… because babies use the breast for comfort which is fine but a mother needs sleep and happiness in order have a healthy, happy baby. My first journey was WILD too, you’re not alone! ☺️
You can express with out making more milk you basically do a c shape with your fingers and thumb and instead of expressing you push inwards on your areola so in towards you you can get so much relief from doing this without the making more milk making it worse 😊 ( mum of 6)
I had the same problem with my daughter when I breastfed she wouldn't take no bottle. Spend ages looking and found minbie bottles they aren't cheap but they was the only bottle my baby drank from when I expressed. She want on to be breasted for 21 months with bottles and boob! You are doing great well done its hard but you got this xxx
Love you Mills, love how open and honest you are about the highs and lows of breast feeding, it's your choice angel to do what you feel is right for your little girl, if it works for you and renelia you continue to do it, there's no right or wrong way to feed your baby, every woman's choice is valid, your an amazing mummy keep doing what your doing angel.. you got this, I would of loved to have breast fed my now 9 year old, but I was physically to ill to do so, but he's grown up to a healthy happy little boy, noones choice should be criticised, were all mums that we all have in common, its our individual journey in motherhood, love you angel ❤🤗xx
James and carys have a youtube channel and their baby has just had her tongue tie cut. Maybe you could message them for some support/ advice as it helps to talk to other people who have gone through it. It must be so stressful bless you xx
For anyone that’s offended … that’s a them problem, not a you problem! Not an Imogen problem! You’re honest, straightforward, and it’s YOUR experience you’re talking about. At no point have you dissed anything anyone else does. We all make our own choices when it comes to everything, especially our children, you’re not telling anyone else what they should or shouldn’t do. So, as I said, it’s not an Imogen problem. You’re a doing great! 🥰🥰🥰
Imogen honestly I don't think it's offending anyone. I didn't breastfeed my son I was too sore but I don't think it's offending that you breastfeed and want to talk about it! If people get offended by that then maybe that's something to do with them. Everyone is different but you shouldn't have to worry about being honest on here because your worried about offending people this is your journey the same as someone else's journey is their journey. Your doing amazing and baby girl is lucky beaut 💕
Dont worry about offending anyone, Just be you.... You and Spencer are lovely parents.... Your first time being a mum its like trial and error.. I did breast feed mine then I got mastitus that really hurt... It was late at night looking for baby formula. I felt guilty coz I wasnt feeding her myself. everyone is different my step daughter is still breast feeding my grandson he is 1 years old... ... When you come to being blessed with baby number 2 you will be an expert...
You are an incredible mum, little Ren is so lucky to have you & Spencer as her parents. Thank you for sharing the highs and lows ❤️❤️❤️

You do you! Ignore what negative people have to say! Not worth thinking about 🥰❤️
Your video's are the best your tree is beautifull🎄❤xx
Hope this helps a little 💕
Aw no my mum said I cried having my jabs as a baby can't imagine how you felt hope you're all doing better 💖💖💖👏
Great video as always x
My favourite part of the week is getting this notification 😍😍😍
Well done!
Omg this is so helpful and interesting. Something to remember when it's my turn.
Wow im definitely gonna buy queen bee i love it x
luv you to babes also Renaelia is the luckiest baby ever she has the best mummy and daddy
Your doing great x
You can’t please everyone, and some people look for something to moan about, you don’t say anything with malice so if people take offence that’s on them and not you.
Hey girl
my nans little trick for constipation was a little bit of Madeira sugar (literally a pinch) with warm water (used when i was a bubba)
🤍 breast fed up until 8months
My baby did not take any dummies at all, he did up until 9 weeks then randomly rejected it we have tried alll the brands and he will not take it.
I love you Imogen xxxx
Your bloody amazing women ❤ x
My name on Instagram is

Please ask if you need any advice or just a shoulder to cry on.
❤❤❤❤❤
You both great parents ❤.. I tried to breastfeed my daughter but she didn't take.. my cousins little boy was tongue tied he's 5 and thriving xxxxx
❤️❤️❤️
❤️❤️
And don’t worry about upsetting other people. Anyone who knows you will know that you don’t mean any offence. My mum hated hated hated Brest feeding so no stress hun. Each to their own
I just want to also say I started pumping and giving her the bottle and I was doing pace feeding but now I’m sad that she prefers the bottle more 😭
I encourage breastfeeding above pumping or expressing… because then, she may actually take a preference for a bottle (when she’s a little older, which is a nightmare).
You can express with out making more milk you basically do a c shape with your fingers and thumb and instead of expressing you push inwards on your areola so in towards you you can get so much relief from doing this without the making more milk making it worse 😊 ( mum of 6)
Amazing mummy xxx
If people get offended by the way you live your life then that’s their own insecurities! Xxx
I think I overthink and worry and care too much, it’s a blessing and a curse sometimes! Xx
Ooo a Thursday upload xx
Side note - Red lipstick looks so beautiful on you!
❤️😘😘
Love you imo 💞
Sorry commented the above comment before watching all the video. James and carys took their baby to the same clinic xx
