This guide covers everything really well - your comments on the KA-30 were spot on with the design of the weapon and the mamba is definitely the better choice for better players / long ranges because its technically a DMR. I think you're doing justice to your role as a sponsored creator with these guides and as someone who has put a lot of effort into educating the rogue company community through my own content, I think your videos here are doing a great job. When you get into comp play though the launcher is used much more effectively kind of as you said but the grenade tends to be a preferred option over the EMP for thirsting downs early on :)
I figured people would gravitate towards the EMP to break plantables, shields, and trophies.
@@Drift0r The emp doesnt actually break the shield oddly enough, just does increased damage - and im not 100% but i think the trophy actually counters the EMP - i'd have to test on that one though
I must agree with you. Grenades are the way to go. I’ve may have only seen 2 people out of my 11 hours of playtime that has used the EMP. Oddly enough I don’t see many people cook the grenade enough. I always do that in the beginning of the round since people tend to go to the same areas. I end up downing at least 1 person. Which is huge and sometimes I am lucky enough that they go for the revive will someone covers and I use the launcher and sometimes down all 3 or at kill the guy down and kill the guy reviving.
@@SPSnakeXL Yeah exactly, grenades are a great way to capitalise on momentum! EMPs are used here and there, like they can instantly destroy Trench barbwire but again im pretty sure the trophies block them so its hit or miss - they do disrupt enemies though so they cant use abilities
Radthar learn the spray pattern with the KA and it is way better than mamba, I can hit 4 head shots with my first 4 shots up to 50m.
Not gonna lie this game is amazing. I really hope this does well, most fun I've had from a shooter in a loooooooooong time!

I feel like Dimas and Ronins are so popular bc they’re starter characters and you gotta unlock the rest with gameplay which would take quite some time and new players usually gravitate to the faces of the game.
Plus the fact they’re 2 of the only 3 good starter characters, Dallas and Trench’s guns are basically non-lethal and Saint is fun but doesn’t have much killing power (I guess that’s the point, and his ability is powerful in exchange)
Scout Trooper Wtf are you talking about; Dallas’s Lever Action puts people to bed. Headshots are super lethal

Matthew Ahn I love Dallas, all I do is keep killing one guy then using my ability to find the next and just burn through the enemy cause I always know where the nearest guy is, but it kinda sucks when there is more than one guy there and I go there and three people beam me 😂

I won't lie I wish it wasn't like Siege where the guns are tied to Rogues
I'd love to play this game more but I find myself at two variants when playing, horrible lag and or awful teammates who rather leave than hit "surrender". I play on Xbox and so far my opinions of the game have been just rage inducing.

Joseph Gigglez not true in the slightest. You just have teammates who don’t know what their doing. Not the games fault. I’ve been playing with a team and it’s easy mode.

Me and a friend of mine are on Xbox, we play a lot and I do tend to get mad (I seem to attract the people who shoot THROUGH the corner, or get laser accuracy, but we have fun.

Been really enjoying this game so far, it’s a nice change of pace from other tactical shooters
It's so fun and surprisingly smooth on Switch (60fps for the most part) but man do I find it annoying when you get the bomb to 1 second left and someone starts defusing and they still get it cause it can't blow up while being defused!

I think the mamba works only if the map and enemy team comp allow it, if I have a lancer or some type of flank comp, I always use the Ka 30 when there is a ronin as there is always a chance to flank, but if there is more passive characters, I use the mamba
Finally someone who prefers the Mamba, and the pistol is my favorite I always use it for the first 2 rounds on extraction 48 to the head is so useful. Started this Thursday and I'm already level 24 and I play on console with crossplay enabled (InnocuousPG is my user on xbox)

I main dima and I find that getting free kills doesnt really happen much but they are really good for trapping an enemy or pushing them out of an area

What the heck? I didn't know his grenade launcher stuck to surfaces. I thought it bounced like normal grenades. I'm glad I watched this video, I kept on shooting the cluster launcher at the ground hoping it would bounce around the area and kill people behind cover.

I really think EMP grenades are criminally underrated. I love to use them against coms with trench, scorch, and saint. Easy way to destroy barbwire, shut off scorch's fire, and counter saint's heal

@@Kamcio44 they ruined it from changing the prices of rogues, and now releasing an OP one worth 5k more.
The emotes and sprays are worth the same with cash, but emotes costing 15k more is just sad.
There wasn't much of grind until last update and they lowered the rate on how fast you earn Reputation points to try and get us to buy some credits.

Fun game... biggest issue I have had after about a month of beta play is that we just crush everyone and honestly it loses its fun when nobody seems to know what they are doing.. but I guess we could be losing badly and not having fun.. that would be worse.

It takes WAYYY too long to unlock characters. It's like 24 hours of gameplay for one character

Chua kinda.. there’s a currency where after every match you get some of it, most the time u get atlesst like 100 and you need 15,000 to 20,000 of those points but there’s also challenges that get h like 300 and above
@@julio4206 if the characters cost around 5k I think it would be perfect. It would incentivize to keep playing. But knowing that im so far away makes me not want to play as much

dood i play dima every game i play in rouge but the grenade launcher works with good players i use it on them and i kill them. in demolition the maba sucks the ak is better.

Ive completed all awards and got mastery 3 phantom, trench and ronin to mastery 3 and rest of characters unlocked by default to mastery 1 :) ive been playing since f2p :)

My biggest criticism of this game is the movement, it just feels clunky. Also the aim assist on console is just really weird.

Big Pp Fair enough, but this is still one of the few TPSs I decided to learn how to use the KB&M for instead of controller. Aiming is...idk, the aiming acceleration feels like Halo 4 and 5 and not in a good way.

Great game, unfortunately completely unfair for controller players currently. An average PC can run circles around a top tier console player. Its a real shame, hope they realise this and stop forcing crossplay between controller and KB&M
