Ingredients and recipe:
1 eggplant
1 teaspoon salt.
50 grams of corn starch.
Olive oil.
1 red bell pepper.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
50 ml water.
Black pepper.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
30 ml water.
2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
1 tablespoon honey.
2 cloves of garlic.
Green onions.
1. Cut 1 eggplant into layers and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
2. Mix well and blot with a paper towel.
3. Cut the eggplants into strips and add 50 grams of cornstarch.
4. Mix well and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
5. Finely chop 1 sweet red pepper and fry with sesame seeds.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 50 ml of water and pepper.
7. Add 30 ml of water to 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
8. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of honey.
9. Finely grate 2 cloves of garlic and mix well.
10. Pour the filling over the peppers, add the fried eggplants and mix well.
11. Finely chop the green onions and add to the vegetables.
