How long it takes: Purchase a white 2h sword from Sir Vyvin - Falador Elite Diary

You can check roughly what your current kc is by going to the wanted! quest tab ingame. (it will also notify you ingame when you advance a rank)
These are the ranks and kcs:
100 - Novice (which you start at by default)
200 - Peon
300 - Page
500 - Noble
800 - Adept
1,300 - Master

I was mindlessly killing black knights at black knight's fortress using a whip while just watching CZcams, and when I checked the KC it was at 400 and didn't even take that long. Now I'm about to get the rest using a cannon. Glad this one is a reasonable length task

I did this in the exact same gear and inventory but with rune darts and it took over 2 hours. 93 ranged. Blow dart nerf sucks

I got it in about 2 hours. 99 ranged, bp, cannon but afk never actually attacking the black knight except for letting my cannon do the work

I just did it but sir buthead still won’t replenish his stock! I even went to GE and bought one, went back and sold it to him and re-bought it, but it still didn’t count toward the diary?!

@@ballinblaza You need 1300 total kills, but as a novice you start off at 100 kills. Technically you're both correct.
