32:01 Asher is spot on. One can get carried away doing other things. As a matter of fact, procrastination is not really a thing. Priorities define our activity. To overcome procrastination, you should resist the urge to be lazy. Alarms and sticky notes can help though.

About the last question…..I agree with Twyse’s perspective. It doesn’t matter who do the asking out…so far you can confirm that this person has feelings for you as well…I don’t seem to see what the problem will be if she do the asking. Self esteem as he said is Important, just make sure your self esteem is well protected.
Now another thing a girl can do if she doesn’t want to do the asking out is to show signs, show in your actions that “I really want you”. Let him see it so then if he is for you he will ask you out.
Also, let him know the kind of feelings you are developing for him cause that’s important.
Furthermore, it all comes down to if you think the feeling is mutual..let’s normalise girls asking guys out.
Lastly, for who asked the question, look at your relationship with this person and determine by yourself if it worth it. And trust me by you asking the question, I can sense that it worth it. Just choose out of the options, either show signs, let him know your feelings or just do the asking if you are sure that the feeling is mutual

i’m not here to judge any of these individuals but i think simi and asher would only understand twyse’s perspective on the last question “a female asking a male out” if they’d patiently digest his perspective and not try to make that shit about what’s wrong and what’s right. what’s wrong for me might work for you but at the end of the day it’s wrong, nothing can change that. and yes it’s about self esteem, he basically said it all, that’s simply what the person who asked the question needed, if your self esteem isn’t in check, don’t go around looking for ways to hurt your own feelings or ego. either guy or boy, if a no from person weh you like fit break you, every other no from life go break you harder trust me.
