Fixing a hacked e-mail account - IT advice

If your e-mail account is hacked it can be difficult to know what to do next, particularly if your e-mail account is repeatedly being hacked. As an IT professional, I'm often asked for help by people whose e-mail accounts have been hacked. This video explains what I do to remove the hacker, and improve security to avoid reoccurring hacks.
