Idea: a big frog eats player, but there is a normal frog inside it that also eats a player, and inside this frog a small frog etc. So player stuck in a infinite frog loop.

Idea: You attempt to put a plant in a pot. Steve appears and clicks the pot, and he gets planted. It grows to an entire Steve Tree and a Steve falls from the tree as an item, you get the item and place it, becoming a normal Steve, who cuts out the tree from the bottom, obtaining all the Steve Tree, he eats it and becomes an amorphous amalgam of Steves.

Idea: you try to light a block on fire but instead of putting the block on fire, it ignites it and also causes a chain reaction similar to TNT causing every other block in the overworld to explode, eventually causing the game to crash. When you try to open the world again in the menu, the world itself explodes in said menu

Idea: you are fishing and you catch a FISH (big fish item) and then walk to your house, and give it to your friend. He then takes it to a polar bear (you live in the snowy plains) and gives it to it. The polar bear then stands on its hind legs, his front arms move to the sides and is head is on the top. He then has the big FISH in his hand and kills your friend with it. Then he looks at you and starts chasing you but it cuts out and ends.
Idea: Steve eats a stick, and becomes a Steve torch (a torch with Steve's head instead of the fire)
Idea: Since wolfs attack them, have a wolf eat a normal red fox and with that the wolf turns into snow fox. Alternatively you can use a polar bear instead of a wolf

Idea: You try to hit a villager, but it dodges everything _after_ you click and takes no damage.
Idea: Throwing an ender eye during a thunderstorm. Once it reaches its highest point, lightning hits it and it gets charged. Eat the eye and the player flies to the portal directly and get exploded when hitting the ender portal.

Idea: Plant an Elytra into an Endstone then have it grow into an entire End City in the same manner as a Chorus plant
Other idea: Give a skeleton head to an Allay, then it flies over to some skeletons and rips their heads off to collect them,
Idea: sheer a villagers nose of, and trade it to another villager and it puts it on and has 2 noses
